Close to tge sundial bridge attraction

Cons:

Changing rooms because room too far away from my parking area. Not very conscious for people with disabilities.

After a long drive in heat the hotel was a comfortable, cool, quiet place to relax.

Great Redding Hotel

Although it was clean, was not worth the money.

The property was clean.

Cons:

The first room we were given was a double queen room. We booked and paid for a Deluxe King room with a sofa bed and balcony. The second room was a king room with a patio that had no view, and no sofa bed. At this point we didn’t even bother to go back. When we attempted to go to the hot tub that evening, it was cold. The gentleman who was out there, who had been a guest in the hotel for 10 weeks, said it had been warm a handful of times, despite letting staff know multiple times.

Great stop on our road trip. Love the staff!
Pros:

Great staff from the front desk, to the security guard out front and everyone in between. We got in at 11pm on 8/12 and they helped us feel welcome , find dinner and get checked in quick after a sixteen hour drive. Great room. Easy check in!

Excellent Sheraton in Redding
Pros:

I’ve stayed at many Sheratons in my life, and this has just became my new favorite. It has a great location by the Sundial Bridge, botanic garden and Turtle Park, a nice pool and hot tub, an excellent Club Lounge and staff and restaurant. Don’t know when I’ll be back in Redding again, but this would certainly be my choice.

Our Home Away From Home
Pros:

This hotel is a gem and was the beginning and end of our southern Oregon and Northern California vacation. The service was outstanding and the accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. After a week on the road staying at other and sometimes lesser places, it was like coming home. We will be back again and again.

Nice location
Pros:

The hotel is near the Sundial Bridge & walking trails. A peaceful area.

The room was clean and comfortable. I am a light sleeper so they pre assigned a quiet room for me which I appreciated.

The restaurant connected to the hotel looked good but we didn’t get a chance to eat there as we arrived late and had breakfast in the hotel itself.

We were only there one night but If you are in Redding, I would recommend it.

Nice rooms but water pressure not so much
Pros:

We really like the Sheraton in Redding. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel is next to the sundial bridge and has great views. The water pressure was severely lacking.

More than we expected
Pros:

A comfortable, clean, and interestingly located property. Much more than we expected. There's a nice restaurant connected to the hotel, and the hotel backs onto a green space with plenty of area for walking, trail running, and just sitting by the river. The hotel in general is a lot more than I thought it would be, and because of that, I definitely would encourage people to stay.

The one thing: the hotel does not recognize your Bonvoy elite status, so don't expect a room upgrade or anything like that. As a Platinum member, I was not asked if I wanted a late checkout. And i'm always asked. No big deal, but if you’re an elite looking for any amenities in your membership, you won’t get them at this property.
