Pros:

The private beach is amazing ! So beautiful And peaceful.
We had a little problem with our first room whom smelt humidity but Genesis helped us right away and changed the room without any extra cost. She is so kind et professional ! Thank you Genesis for your help !

Spettacolare
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Casita sul Mar, la vista è a dir poco spettacolare. Nel prezzo sono compresi asciugami e lettini (spiaggia privata). Si trova a 1,5km dal centro del paese (se non ti piace camminare sarebbe meglio che noleggi una bici per spostarti anche solo la sera). È compreso anche uno spiazzo privato con tavolo e altri lettini. La piscina al piano superiore è carina. Vista spettacolare per tramonti

Cons:

Il wifi dell hotel non prende nè in camera ne appena fuori, solo nello spazio comune vicino alla reception. Sulla spiaggia (piccola ma stupenda) è presente un bar al quale abbiamo gentilmente chiesto il wifi (che comunque non arrivava in camera).

Stanza ampia e bella vista. Il ristorante, anche se appartenete all’hotel a fianco, ci è piaciuto sia per pranzo/cena che per colazione. Comodo per andare a vedere a piedi e senza guida la bioluminescenza a Punta Cocos.

Cons:

Essendo un quattro stelle, mi aspettavo più cura nei dettagli.

Location bella come tutta Holbox, ma struttura molto deludente.
Pros:

Struttura a 5 min dal centro. Il beach club e le piscine sul rooftop. Si mangia bene e le piscine non sono molto frequentate, dunque pace totale. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di avere asciugamani in prestito.

Cons:

La camera vista oceano: bagno pessimo, vista oceano praticamente inesistente e incuranza da parte dello staff per le zanzare. Il bagno più volte si è otturato pur avendo cura di non gettare carta, disagio altissimo. Inoltre venivano a sistemarlo ma non pulivano, più volte abbiamo dovuto richiamare la direzione. Era anche poco curato e pulito, allego foto del bagno e della vista oceano.

Locatie en de ruimtes die je had voor het gezelschap waar wij mee waren. Vriendelijk personeel die overal mee wilde helpen en voor je klaar stond

Pros:

Non abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura perché la stanza aveva dei problemi, ma lo staff è subito intervenuto offrendoci una nuova sistemazione appena accanto: il Soho Boutique Hotel, con una stanza bellissima e personale alla reception più che accogliente e disponibile! Anche la colazione del bar vicino alla struttura era molto buona.

Cons:

Slechte service, slechte communicatie, slechte accomodatie (villa). Bij aankomst in onze villa aan het strand was alles ondergelopen met regenwater. Alles stroomde tussen de kieren van de ramen naar binnen. Het plafond lekte regenwater op de bank. Bij de receptie handelen ze dit niet goed af. Nu, beantwoorden ze geen berichten meer van Booking en van mij. Verschrikkelijke service. Sla Spirit over bij het zoeken naar een accomodatie.
