La localisation est incroyablement bruyante. C'est complètement déshumanisé, et il n'y a même pas de petit déjeuner ni dans l'hôtel ni même à proximité le matin. C'est soi-disant 4 étoiles sur Booking, mais c'est une escroquerie totale à plus de 300 € la nuit.
La ubicación y nuestra habitación, es cierto que el acceso era una escalera con mucha pendiente y peldaños pequeños, pero íbamos con mochilas y el acceso fue una aventura! Que dejen las taquillas para dejar maletas es un punto a su favor.
Como detalle, deben cambiar el latiguillo de la ducha que pierde un poco de agua.
Central Hotel in busy area nearbars and restaurants. Quiet on the 4th Floor. Took taxi from Amnsterdam Central which turned out to be expensive - but it was raining and we had three cases so paid for the convenience.
Maybe I missed it but the property has very steep and narrow staircases and we were on the 4th floor so a bit of a workout to bring cases up. There was an offer to assist and we were helped on the way out.
May be prudent to highlight this in the general description.
Still would recommend.

Overall room was nice but tiny. Location was great, but noisy in the evenings.
When booking the property, I mentioned that we had heavy luggage and asked whether there was an elevator, or if someone could come & help us with it when we arrived. When we arrived, there were only robot assistants on the spot & no humans. Turns out - when i was texting with the property on booking, i provided all the details that they asked in order to get help, but no one 'officially' confirmed anything. And we had our room on the last (3rd) floor... In the end, we managed to bring 1 piece of luggage up and left the other one downstairs, and after some time, someone came to help us bring it up, so it was resolved, but with a lot of energy spent. They also offered us some drinks on the house, as it was my birthday trip, which was quite nice too.
I do have to say that the room barely had enough space for 2 big open luggages... so consider that information if u were planning to come with big liggages,

Room as a whole is very well used. A lot of things need fixing up, shower head and other fixtures. Stair case is a death trap to get luggage up and down but I understand that’s the area and norm. Didnt feel overly clean either.
Service was fantastic, stairs up to our room very steep but the onsite team took our bags and carried them up. As we had an early check in, they stored them for us and when we got into our room our bags were in our room,
Air conditioning would have been nice but not a reason to not stay again.
