Not bad, it was fair, the online information didn't let me kknow that the construction was there
Pros:

It was easy to get to my concert from there.

Cons:

The construction around the location. Also the young man who was working the desk wasn't there and there was no way to contact him, until i went and knocked on the door to what i assume was a back office.

Holiday Inn Express on the hill in Cincinnati
Pros:

The rooms are nice. Breakfast offered a small veggie omelette one day and a cheese omelette the next day. It was not good. The juices seemed watered down the first day. It is a convenient location.

Room was very clean. Can tell staff does great job.

Cons:

Room where pool is was hot. Didn't do a good job of keeping towels stocked. Drawer in dresser kept popping open.
