It was a good location and easy to navigate
Overall good experience
Our hotel stay had both positives and negatives.
The positive things were that the hotel was very clean, and the food was good. I also appreciated that they offered different hot breakfast foods during our two-day stay instead of serving the same thing every morning.
Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. I specifically reserved a double bed room because our party included 2 adults and a 12-year-old child. The rooms were reserved back in March for our May trip, and I even called two weeks prior to confirm all 3 rooms and the number of people in our party. We reserved two suites and one double room. However, when we arrived, we were told there were no double rooms available and only a king room was left.
What made the situation more frustrating was the response from staff. I was told that if I didn’t want the king room, I could stay somewhere else. Since we had a party of 11 people staying together, finding another hotel was not a realistic option.
Other issues included the ice machine only working on the 3rd floor and the bathroom doors in all three rooms not locking or closing properly.
Overall, the cleanliness and food were good, but the room reservation issues and customer service experience were disappointing.

Clean and good breakfast
Clean and seemed new. The couch in the room was comfortable to sit and watch tv.
The walls seem to not contain noise well or someone was very noisy
Location was good. Breakfast was good.
Faucet in bathroom was wonky. We could never get it to turn on hot water.
It was far away from the highway.
I didn’t have any problems.
Easy on and off the interstate, not far from downtown Cincinnati, quite area, and was easy for to get to the start line for the Flying Pig.
Most of the power outlets did not work, I had to plug my phone and watch in by the microwave instead of by the bed. The room could use atleast one big light instead of using all the small ones to light the room, but we got by.

A guest staying at the hotel above my room was walking very hard all night. Soundproofing is needed. The ice machine was not working on my floor.
Best breakfast we have had at a hotel.
Not quiet at all. Floors creaked. Heard doors opening and closing all night. Smallest tv in a king room I’ve ever seen. Water pressure was weak.
