Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Château Salavaux hat einen besonderen Charme, was sich im Schloss und der ganzen Umgebung zeigt. Mit Liebe zum Detail wurden die Zimmer eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es stehen sehr gute Pflegemittel zur Verfügung.
Im Restaurant kann hervorragend gegessen werden (am besten reservieren).
Kurzum: wir werden wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr persönlich. Das frühstück war sehr gut.

très bon petit déjeuner, établissement magnifique en campagne, romantique et bucolique, chambre spacieuse et confortable, le restaurant est très bon,
magnifique endroit pour s'évader en couple

Würde und habe ich weiter Empfohlen.
Pros:

Das Überraschungsmenü war sehr gut und Zeitlich super getrimmt. Auch die Wein Empfehlung war deutlich besser als ich erwartet habe. Kein 0815 Wein, sondern sehr fruchtig, wie ich es eben mag.

Ebenfalls ist die Anzahl Zimmer recht überschaubar, daher nicht zu viel Gäste und man hat seine Ruhe.

A little gem of a property, highly recommend
Pros:

Nicely restored old chateaux, friendly and efficient staff. Excellent restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Well located close to the lakes in beautiful countryside yet with easy access to the autobahn.

Cons:

Steps into the bathroom a little tricky, ok for us but could be a small challenge for elderly guests

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses, le personnel très attentionné. Nous avons eu la chance de participer à une tavolata pour le souper, nous avons tres bien mangé et les vins étaient excellents. On se réjouit d’y revenir pour profiter de la terrasse. Grand parking , ce qui est très agréable. On ne peut que recommander cet endroit

Sehr schönes historisches Gebäude, schöner Umschwung, geschmackvoll renoviert und möbliert. Nachts absolut ruhig hinten hinaus.
Wir hatten kein Frühstück und konnten das Restaurant nicht testen, weil es geschlossen war.

La vie de château
Pros:

La vie de château, le temps d'une nuit, vaut vraiment la peine. Le prix est un peu élevé, si l'on considère que l'on ne passe pas des heures indéterminées dans la chambre, mais entre l'accueil chaleureux du personnel, le cadre magnifique et la qualité du petit déjeuner, très fourni en produits de qualité, tout devient adéquat.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est que la chambre, malgré un chauffage branché à 23 degrés, n'a fait que 18 degrés durant tout le séjour. Heureusement que les couettes étaient chaudes.

Charming, beautiful room, a bit pricey to eat
Pros:

I thought my room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. My parents wasn't quite as nice but still really lovely. The experience was overall very comfortable and it was totally worth the one night stay.

Cons:

Only stair access, but that is common and as it is an older building you can't expect it. The take away coffee in the morning was way too expensive. Two tiny coffees for 10 franc was ridiculous. The restaurant is too expensive and limited if you only want the al a carte menu so we didn't eat there. We ate down the road and it was great.
