Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden ganz bestimmt an diesen Ort zurückkehren.
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche! Das Chateau wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail geführt und hat Charm. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt.

Une expérience au “Faux Château Salavaux”
Pros:

C’est un endroit qui semble merveilleux au premier abord *****: au bord de la route, mais agréablement éloigné des foules estivales. Le cadre promet la sérénité, et en pleine saison, la terrasse offre une réception engageante, ensoleillée et bien présentée.
Malheureusement, cette belle promesse s’envole dès que l’on s’installe.
Le label « Château » relève purement du marketing. La structure est modeste (d'un héritage agriculture), pour ne pas dire simpliste. Tout est faux, sauf une "authentique tour" en pierre sèche datant de 1592 dit-on. Leur prétention de « Vie de Château » tient la route uniquement jusqu’à l’arrivée au restaurant...

Cons:

Ensuite, c’est la désillusion.
J’ai opté pour le menu « surprise » à 100 €, en espérant un véritable moment de gastronomie, avec créativité et produits de saison. Ce qui est arrivé relève plutôt d’une arrogance réchauffée du chef, tout simplement invraisemblable. On m’a clairement pris pour un imbécile. La viande était usée, dure, sans vie, comme si elle avait déjà vécu plusieurs existences avant d’atterrir dans l’assiette. Les accompagnements manquaient totalement d’imagination : des garnitures banales et sans âme. Pire encore, plusieurs éléments portaient les traces évidentes d’ingrédients largement périmés, avec des dates d’expiration dépassées depuis longtemps. À ce niveau de prix, une telle négligence est inexcusable. Pour couronner le tout, la facture incluait un prélèvement de BNF HOTELLERIE SA d’un montant de 323,72 $ (la restauration seule), une mauvaise surprise supplémentaire sur un menu déjà coûteux.
Verdict : Plus que Ok pour y passer la nuit mais éviter de manger chez eux. Ce qui commence comme un charmant mirage en terrasse se termine en frustration, argent gaspillé et sentiment désagréable d’avoir été méprisé par la cuisine.
Plus jamais au Faux Château Salavaux. La tour de 1592 tient encore debout, mais la réputation du restaurant, elle, ne tient plus.

Pros:

Wir wurden beim Einchecken herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war generell sehr freundlich, der Service ausgezeichnet. Die Küche ist frisch und es werden hauptsächlich regionale Produkte verwendet.
Ebenso zu empfehlen ist das zweite Restaurant «Belle 5», welches in 2 Minuten (Auto) erreichbar ist. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Murtensee, die Küche ebenso kreativ aus frischen, regionalen Produkten.

Chambres spacieuse, personnel très a l'écoute
Repas du soir (du mercredi) brasero tres bon. (Pensez a réserver pour ce soir)
Propreté irréprochable.

Die Lage, das sehr aufmerksame Personal, das sehr gute Essen und die Weinkarte. Ausserdem kann man einen Citroen C2 mieten.

Erholsam, liebenswürdig und wunderbar.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr schön, das Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich genoss meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen!

Cons:

Die vegetarische Küche resp. das Menü, war zum Essen gleichtönig mit wenig Biss. Hier hätte ich mir mehr Inovation gewünscht.

Unglaublich schöner Ort, idyllisch gelegen.
Pros:

Es war alles einfach wunderschön. Hervorragendes Essen, tolles Frühstück, sehr schöne Zimmer. Und die einzige Atmosphäre des Schlosses.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Château Salavaux hat einen besonderen Charme, was sich im Schloss und der ganzen Umgebung zeigt. Mit Liebe zum Detail wurden die Zimmer eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es stehen sehr gute Pflegemittel zur Verfügung.
Im Restaurant kann hervorragend gegessen werden (am besten reservieren).
Kurzum: wir werden wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!
