Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen
Pros:

Die Lage in der Hafencity nahe der Speicherstadt ist sensationell. Kleine Fußwege für spektakuläre Aussichten.
Das gut besuchte Restaurant ist morgens Raum eines sehr reichen Frühstücksbuffets.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war vom Zimmer aus von der tolle Lage nichts zu sehen.

Ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten.
Pros:

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, perfekt um die die HafenCity und Innestadt zu erkunden

Cons:

Leider wurden meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, aber das ist mein subjektives empfinden. Meine Reklamationen hatte ich der Rezeption mitgeteilt und auch per Mail a das Hotel gesendet. Leider war auch die Reaktion darauf nicht die welche ich erwartet hätte.
