Fabulous, will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Location is excellent both for harbour and inner city, all in walking distance. The building is lovely, very relaxed vibe, excellent bar and restaurant. Nice touch that minibar is included. Loved the photography in the hallways.

Cons:

Would have liked to have a coffee in the room, having said that the lovely restaurant manager gave me one for free. Our air con was not working, but we just opened the window and I forgot to mention it on check out!

Schönes Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Stylisches Hotel in super Lage, tolles Frühstück, nette Bar und sehr freundliches Personal, Bushaltestellen direkt vorm Haus, die Shoppingmal Westfield direkt ums Eck. Restaurants auch gleich fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Sauberkeit könnte besser sein!

nette freundliche Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel
sehr gutes Frühstück ( Butter & Marmelade OHNE Plastikverpackung TOP! ) mit vielen frischen Komponenten

Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel und somit Kurze Wege

Cons:

Nach wie vor ist das treppauf und treppab aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Ebenen von Restaurant, Rezeption , Zimmer etc. ein kleiner „Hinderniss-Lauf“…

Die Zimmerbeleuchtung könnte etwas heller sein! Gerade in den dunkleren Monaten

Pros:

Lage in Hafencity sehr gut, historische Architektur interessant

Cons:

Beleuchtung in Zimmer und Bad etwas düster, Frühstück wurde überpünktlich bereits einige Minuten vor 10.30 Uhr sehr schnell komplett abgeräumt

Gunstige ligging aan de haven met leuke bar.
Pros:

Voortreffelijk ontbijt en super bar met vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Vast tapijt in de kamers is niet meer van deze tijd. We hadden een reservatie voor 3volwassen personen, echter was het derde bed absoluut geen volwaardig bed. Airco werkte niet optimaal. Prijs/kwaliteit te duur.

Lage zum Cruiseterminal gut, Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gut

Cons:

Ich wurde direkt neben dem Restaurant untergebracht.
Im Restaurant konnte ich keinen Platz bekommen, offensichtlich sind dort alleinreisende Hotelgäste nicht erwünscht oder werden eher nachrangig behandelt.
