飯店客房設施佳，整體物有所值！
Pros:

1.客房空間寬敞，備有景觀陽台，風景視野佳。
2.衛浴厠分離，各取所需互不干擾。浴室乾濕分離，備有大浴缸，泡澡舒服。
3.客房備有迎賓碳酸飲料、礦泉水，誠意滿滿。
4.飯店大廳設計大氣，天井天光明亮，舒服。
5.飯店備有健身房、三溫暖、室內溫水泳池，可免費使用，整理維護的相當乾淨。
6.飯店服務人員親切友善，服務態度很棒。
7.加購的自助式早餐選擇性多。
8.地理位置佳，鄰近安平老街、安平樹屋、安平古堡等景點，不愁沒有景點逛逛走走。飯店大廳入口處鄰近「台南安平堤頂自行車步道」，晨起運動散步賞景很舒服。

Cons:

自助式早餐選擇性多，但部分餐點的味道，可以再精進點。例如滷肉飯的滷肉肥瘦比例、味道不到位，米飯乾柴。刈包的滷五花肉肉質、味道也有同樣的問題。烘焙麵包，看似不錯，但當天吃的時候（不知是不是因為開放空間，開空調的緣故），直接吃口感有點乾，不太有濕潤感，烤過之後，更會變得乾柴（不知是不是烤箱或烤麵包機的問題）。抱歉，不是雞蛋裡挑骨頭，只是覺得飯店整體體驗很棒，就早餐餐飲而言，可以更好。

員工非常非常非常友善 很喜歡這邊的溫暖度

Cons:

連住兩天，僅就環境打掃，就無備品補充。
畢竟是IHG集團，會希望提供的至少是手沖咖啡包或膠囊咖啡，而不是三合一咖啡

친절한 서비스, 넓고 깨끗한 룸, 쾌적한 시설, 맛있는 조식, 맛도 서비스도 좋은 레스토랑, 바, 자전거 대여 서비스등 거의 모든 면에서 좋은 호텔입니다.
뭔가 광고 문구 같지만, 다시 타이난에 간다면 재방문 의사 있음.

Cons:

로케이션, 중심가에서 조금 멀어서 대중 교통 이용을 원하면 불편함. 다만, 우바등 택시 이용에 거부감이 없다면 불편하지 않고, 반대로 일몰이 멋진 공원이 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 자전거 대여도 있어 가까워 오히려 좋았음.
