面對電梯的右手邊的電梯在運行到一半時發出轟隆巨響停住，還好過一段時間後他還能繼續運行。我遇到了兩次。感覺電梯需要維修了，要是真的被關在電梯裡就麻煩了。

Pros:

Der Preis und die Lage. Nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt

Cons:

Das Zimmmer ist für ein, zwei nächste völlig ausreichend. Es ist im großen und Ganzen sauber. Aber für länger ist es nicht so zu empfehlen das es nicht sehr gemütlich ist und der Balkon ist einfach nur ein Beton glotz wo die Klima steht und sonst nichts. Man hat nicht mal Stühle zum sitzen

Would not return given the cleanliness issue
Pros:

Property is alright the free parking right in front is nice.

Cons:

The room was dirty specially the ventilation Fan on the ceiling there was a THICK layer of dust I think they never changed the filter ever.

Location was convenient and centralized. Right next to the hospital. Close to eateries.

Saw some homeless people close by. I know the hotel cannot control this. But it does look bad.

Fantastic!!
Pros:

Staff was friendly, clean environment, safe area, free parking. All around a great experience. I would pick this hotel again if/when I go back to New Orleans.

Don't overlook this hotel, it is a gem.
Pros:

Probably the best value for your dollar in New Orleans. The staff is helpful, the rooms are as nice as some priced a hundred dollars more. It isn't in the heart of the "party" district, however there is a quaint little food/beverage district a couple of blocks away- easy walk, even at night. It is near a medical center, so area is well lit. I travel for work and I generally stay here if available.

Wonderful hotel, great staff, near Tulane.
Pros:

Melanie and Kevin welcome you as family. I have never seen nicer, kinder people at a hotel. They greet you by name and ask how your day was. The hotel is clean, fresh coffee alway ready in the lobby. We were here visiting Tulane and will be back.
