Very satisfied and will be back.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I felt very comfortable and felt as though I could confidently ask questions if I needed.

Cons:

There wasn't much information or signage in the room to understand how to operate the speakers, lights, raise the blinds, etc. I felt that could be made clearer so guests can enjoy all the room has to offer.

Location was excellent as was the Tapas restaurant.
