Perfektes Hotel mit Top Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mit wenigen Gehminuten ist man bereits in der Innenstadt sowie am Elizabeth Quay.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich von einem Mann empfangen, leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos.
Das Zimmer war Top ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht.
Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere Restaurants, die wir an sich aber nicht genutzt haben. Am ersten Abend hatten wir das Dinner beim Le Petit Chef gebucht, es war einfach perfekt.
An einem anderen Abend nutzen wir das In-Room-Dining, das Essen schmeckte sehr lecker. Leider gab es bei der Bestellung ein paar Missverständnisse und wir bekamen eine falsche Pizza und ein Smoothie wurde vergessen, als wir anriefen um das Problem zu schildern, haben wir sofort die richtige Pizza sowie den fehlenden Smoothie erhalten und als Entschädigung wurden uns die Kosten für die beiden Sachen erlassen, was total lieb war, dafüf vielen Dank nochmal.
Wir haben an einem Morgen das Intercontinentale Frühstück gebucht, es war ausgesprochen lecker und hatte eine große Auswahl!
Das Personal war durch und durch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Chaotic billing and poor management
Pros:

We were travelling with two young kids and stayed for 3 nights. We booked the room through agoda with breakfast included for the first two nights. When we checked out on the last day early morning 5:30am, we were assured that no fee need to be charged from our card.
Then we received email charging AUD 60 and AUD 66 from our card, and on enquiry, they first replied it is breakfast charge for the last day(but we actually checked out early morning before the restaurant even open), then we emailed again and got the reply that it was charged for the kids breakfast (we were told at the restaurant that we can order one kid waffle/ pancake for each kid and it is included in our room, but on the second day we didn’t want to waste as the kids eat so little so we only ordered one kid pancake for them to share).
It looks like they just replied randomly creating some reasons so that we won’t ask again instead of really looking into the bill and tell us why the charge was deducted. I never experienced such confusing billing in any hotel before and I can’t imagine this happens in such an international branded ‘5 star’ hotel, I am still waiting for their reply on the detailed breakdown on the bill which I doubt if they will just randomly reply something to confuse us.

location, easy walking distance to shops, entertainment, transport. Food in the small cafe could be improved.

Cons:

the room was too small for number of guests, was ok for one night but anymore and would be better with larger bathroom and room

Comfortable & Special..
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the center of shopping & transport to Fremantle. Hotel accommodate really well but its the staff from the point of entry, to concierge and room service to the door person and the restaurant ( who make beautiful meals & coffee) You all made it special! A personal thank you from both my husband & myself, from our 20th anniversary stay!

War gut!
Pros:

Lage (10 min Gehdistanz zur Ferry zum Zoo sowie nach Rottnest, Bahnhof zum Flughafen), ruhig, Umkleidemöglichkeit nach Check-out, sehr gutes Frühstück - nette bemühte Mitarbeiter aber…

Cons:

… nicht jeder von ihnen war gut trainiert/angelernt. (Keine Unwilligkeit nur in gewissen Situationen etwas überfordert)
