Pros:

Всё хорошо, нормальный Кондо. Арендодатель на просьбы откликался, и я думаю старался сделать пребывание максимально комфортным, за что больше спасибо!

Cons:

Единственное неудобство в номере нет вентилятора и сушилки для одежды, приходилось натягивать бельевые верёвки на балконе, что как понимаете не совсем законно и насовсем удобно, И ещё одно непонятное правило проживания ( но это уже претензия не к арендодателю а администрации кондо) почему на велосипеде нужно обязательно заезжать через одно КПП. а выезжать через другое, мне кажется что для велосипедов и пешеходов можно сделать исключение.

Zeer slechte accommodatie. Op de foto's lijkt alles super maar 1 keer aangekomen is het super slecht. Onhygiënisch verouderd en super slecht. Is het geld echt niet waard

Der Salzwasser Pool ist fantastisch und auch das Gym
Gleich um die Ecke ist ein 7eleven, ein Tops und ein paar kleine Garküchen Restaurants 👍

Die Zimmer sind eher klein und sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Matratze sollte unbedingt erneuert werden.
Der Balkon ist so mickrig, dass zwei Leute gerade so ohne Tisch sitzen können.
Security macht gute Arbeit 👍
Wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt, muss man den Strom extra zahlen, der ist natürlich doppelt so hoch als vom Anbieter direkt.

Tolles Zimmer und tolle Anlage zu einem Superpreis

Super Zimmer, sehr rein ... Unterkunftgeber sehr nett .... KEINE Nebenkosten .... waren sehr zufrieden ... alles im Zimmer was man braucht und alles sehr gut erhalten .... die Anlage hat ein ganz tolles Pool .... werde ich sicher wieder buchen .... und ein sehr grosser Parkplatz in der Anlage ....

Piscine immense. Coin cuisine fonctionnel. Personnel sympa.

Cons:

Pas de WI-fI dans la chambre. Dépôt de 2.000 THB au lieu de 1.500 THB pour facture électicité. Pas de bureau de réception. Tout ce fait par téléphone. Pas de serviettes de bain, propres, tous les jours (seulement tous les 3 jours).

Relaxed , incredible fake monuments something new to look at in each corner
Pros:

One of of the best , relaxed resorts in Pattaya away from 2nd road traffic noise but only a 10 baht bus back to the busy side

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect for a relaxed happy stay be sure to include your building number & room number so the grab driver can show

Cons:

Sivustolla luki että otetaan vakuusraha 1500bth, mutta todellisuudessa ottivat 3000bth. Henkilökunta piti hakea raha huoneestamme klo: 11-12 välillä, mutta todellisuudessa odotimme yli 2h yliaikaa ja laitoin viestiä perään niin ehdotti että jättäisimme rahat huoneeseen ja henkilökunta menee sen huoneesta hakemaan kun olemme poissa, tämähän ei meille käynyt. Verhot olivat tosi likaiset, tyynyt aivan likaiset sekä muut petivaatteet. Pölyä ja roskaa oli lakaistu suoraan kalusteiden alle ja keittiön lampun kupu aivan täynnä kuolleita hyönteisiä. Päädyttiin lähtemään 3 vuorokautta etuajassa pois ja vaihdoimme hotellia.
