К сожалению, для 5-звёздочного Hilton сервис оказался разочаровывающим. При заселении нас не проводили в номер и не помогли с багажом, хотя мы были уставшими после дороги. Номер оказался далеко от лифта, в противоположной стороне, холодильник — пустой.

Особенно неудобно организован SPA: сложно ориентироваться, шкафчики неудобно закрываются, полотенца нужно самостоятельно брать на ресепшене. Вместо спокойной расслабляющей атмосферы периодически срабатывает сирена, если выйти в халате за обозначенную линию. В зоне бассейна душно. Даже простой чай пришлось ждать 20–25 минут из-за загруженности кухни.
Второй раз не было желания идти туда
Для отеля такого уровня ожидаешь гораздо более продуманного сервиса и комфорта.
А вчера пришли делать уборку в 18.45 вечера .
