Заселили ранним бронированием по прибытии.
Девушка которая помогала менять номер — очень старалась помочь, за что ей благодарен.
Обслуживание в номерах и уборка — нареканий нет, прекрасно и быстро. Еда вкусная. Завтраки тоже отличные.

Отель:
Заселили ранним бронированием, попросили подождать 5 минут и сразу заселят. Прошло 30 минут. Не беда, бывает. В номере было всё хорошо пока не наступил день — кондиционирование откровенно не справляется, к 2 дня было 28-30 градусов в номере при условии что кондиционер выкружен на минимум по температура и максимум по скорости обдува. На следующий день решил пожаловаться, пришёл масте, замерил и сказал, что да — не справляется система кондиционирование. На вопрос что делать — мне было предложено закрыть шторы. Позже позвонили по телефону с ресепшена возможно и предложили тот же самый вариант. Первый раз слышу в отелях что бы просили закрыть шторы — если жарко.

Диван в зале, он настолько маленький, что на нём невозможно нормально лежать с вытянутыми ногами.

Бонусом сказали что сделали для меня поздний выезд, да только он мне не нужен так как я выезжал в 4 утра.

СПА:
Чтобы получить массаж пришлось выполнить некоторый квест. Придя и спросив какой вид массажа я могу получить прямо сейчас, время было 9 утра, получил ответ — любой. Выбрав нужный мне получаю ответ — сейчас не получится, нет свободных мастеров. Хорошо, попросил сказать в какой время есть — любое время кроме сейчас, отлично — выбираю 7 вечера и нужный мне тип массажа — извините нет возможности по времени и мастерам. Я же сразу попросил сказать достпуные окна для нужного мне массажа.

Атмосферное место для полноценного отдыха для любой категории гостей, от пары влюбленных, до вечно замотанных бизнесмено
Pros:

Очень удачное расположение гостиницы. Рядом огромный выставочный комплекс построенный для ЭКСПО. Тут же самый большой ТЦ - Мега Silk-way.
Персонал доброжелательный, профессиональный и отзывается на каждую просьбу гостя.
