Pros:

La ubicación. El recepcionista fue amable porque se llevó mis bolsas de congelacion a casa para devolvermelas congeladas y que pudiese volver con la medicación.

Cons:

Tuve problemas al llegar con el tema del aire acondicionado ya que pagué 10€ a través de la web de booking y al llegar allí me dijeron que era imposible porque debia de pagarlo en efectivo y eran 10€ por dia. No me parece muy bien eso de tener que pagar a parte el aire acondicionado pero además pagarlo en efectivo…. Además la habitación no contaba ni con una nevera yo llevaba medicación de nevera y tuve que ingeniarmelas para mantenerlo a temperatura ambiente.

Всё было прекрасно, почти по-домашнему. Это небольшая гостиница на третьем этаже жилого дома. Для одного путешественника очень уютная комната. Чисто, полотенца меняют ежедневно, мыло/шампунь в индивидуальных упаковочках. Есть фен, розетка у кровати! Постельное и полотенца выглажены. Тумбочка, стол, шкаф, тремпеля. Окна летом постоянно открыты, тишина «гробовая»! Я реально отдыхала ночью! Сантехника работала прекрасно, горячий душ круглосуточно. Кондиционер платно. Персонал приветлив. Расположение очень удобное: вокзал Термини - 2 мин. Цена/качество - полностью соответствуют.

I'll never comme back.
Pros:

The position was exceptional, very close to Termini Metro & Railway station

Cons:

The old and small elevator generally not working, the garbage at the entrance stinking, the refrigerator missing, the air condition was very poor.

Klima için ayrı ücrete dikkat
Pros:

Tedirgin hissetsek de güvenlik açısından sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Cons:

Yaz mevsiminde konaklayacak olanlar dikkat etsin, klima için ayrı ücret talep ediliyor. Aynı fiyata daha iyi seçenekler bulunabilir 1-2 sokak ön tarafta. Üçüncü katta olması da sıcak dönemde dezavantajdı.

Not a good experience
Pros:

I didn't really like much. This was the hotel we found last minute after the scam on Booking.com.

Cons:

No fridge in the room, air conditioning at extra £10 per day. It is close to Termini, but to go to the touristic places you have to walk 30 mins. if you want to take metro, it can be convenient. It was too noisy at night, and the neighbourhood was not safe. There was a huge rubbish pile in the building, which smelled really bad, especially in the hot weather! The receptionist was not available during the day, we had to wait for him a while.
