Området for morgenmaden var alt for crowded
Der var alt for mange gæster ift pladsen og måden morgenmaden var arrangeret. Det var svært at komme til og forbi hinanden, der var kø til alt og flere gange måtte jeg gøre personalet opmærksom på at der ikke var fyldt op af tallerkener og bestik. En stresset start på dagen
Personalet omkring morgenmaden virkede også presset , der var ikke smil og der blev ikke sagt godmorgen
Det samme gjaldt også for personalet jeg mødte på værelsesgangen, der var ingen kommunikation eller smil
Oplevede 2 gange at måtte vente lang tid på betjening i receptionen

Schönes Hotel, perfekt für den Citytrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Man kann mit dem Bus ins Centrum und zur Altstadt fahren, etwa 10 Minuten.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Nächster Aufenthalt in Stockholm: Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war es bei uns extrem voll und ein bisschen wuselig.

Am avut parte de o experiență care, din păcate, mi-a afectat complet încrederea în siguranța oferită de acest hotel.
La check-in am primit cartelele de acces pentru cameră, însă acestea nu funcționau. Am coborât la recepție, unde un angajat le-a trecut printr-un dispozitiv și ne-a spus că problema a fost una de sistem și că acum vom putea intra în cameră.
Am urcat din nou, iar de această dată ușa s-a deschis. Surpriza a fost însă șocantă: camera era deja ocupată de alți turiști. Din fericire, nu se aflau în acel moment în cameră, altfel situația putea degenera într-un conflict extrem de neplăcut. Am filmat ceea ce s-a întâmplat și am mers imediat la recepție pentru a discuta cu managerul.
Răspunsul primit a fost că „se mai întâmplă”, deoarece sistemul poate da erori. Consider această explicație inacceptabilă pentru un hotel de acest nivel, situat în centrul Stockholmului. Vorbim despre siguranța și intimitatea clienților, nu despre o simplă eroare tehnică.
Am rezervat două nopți și, drept compensație, am primit un upgrade la o Junior Suite. Gestul a fost apreciat, însă nu acesta era adevărata problemă. După un astfel de incident, nu am mai avut liniștea de a-mi lăsa bagajele și bunurile personale în cameră și de a pleca fără griji, întrebându-mă dacă altcineva ar putea primi acces în aceeași cameră.
Un hotel de prestigiu ar trebui să garanteze, înainte de toate, siguranța oaspeților săi. Din păcate, această experiență mi-a demonstrat contrariul și sper ca managementul să trateze această problemă cu maximă seriozitate, pentru ca astfel de incidente să nu se mai repete.

Très bon séjour/hôtel. Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais bien desservi. Et au calme :)
Pros:

Hôtel récent, moderne et belle déco. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Tout spécialement la cheffe de rang au petit déjeuner ;) Très bon petit déjeuner d'ailleurs, varié (sucré, salé). Beaucoup de monde aux heures de pointe, mais grandes salles + qqs tables en terrasse.
Idéalement placé par rapport à l'aéroport : arrêt navette au pied de l'hôtel (navette Flygbussarna arrêt Hagaplan. Navette ponctuelle au passage). Bien desservi par bus (lignes 3, 5, 6) qui mènent à la plus proche station de métro pour centre ville. Sinon 10-15 minutes max à pied pour rejoindre cette station (S:t Eriksplan)

Cons:

Propreté du sur-matelas discutable (tâches). Absence de chausson. Rien de grave en soi, mais nous étions persuadés d'en trouver. Comme habituellement dans les hôtels de ce type. A défaut, nous aurions pris les nôtres :)

Komfortables Hotel mit angenehmen Zimmern. Öffentlicher Verkehr in der Nähe. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Parking fand ich etwas zu teuer.
