Hotellin tähtiarvioon nähden yllätyimme positiivisesti. Yövyimme kolmen hengen tilavassa huoneessa, joka oli todella siisti ja moderni. Kahvia ja teetä sai ilmaiseksi alakerrasta. Aamupala piti ostaa erikseen, mutta se oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.

gunstig gesitueerde verblijfsplek

Handig gelegen tussen Tingvellir enerzijds en Geysir en Gulfoss anderzijds. Dorpje is net groot genoeg voor een benzinepomp, een supermarktje en enkele restaurantopties.

Cons:

Kamer was wat kleiner dan verwacht, ondanks dat we Superior room geboekt hadden. Zoals wel vaker was twee afzonderlijke aaneengesloten overnachtingen boeken duidelijk voordeliger dan twee aaneengesloten overnachtingen. Booking.com heeft wel regeling voor als 'het elders goedkoper is' maar het zou fijn zijn als Booking.Com ook zijn eigen voordeliger alternatieven zichtbaar zou maken
