Pros:

Konumu çok iyi, merkezi bir lokasyon etrafında her şey var. Güvenli ve nezih konumda.

Cons:

Odalar epey küçük. Biz çok sorun etmedik ama ili valizi olanlar açamaz odada. Dolap vs bulunmadığından valizi açmak gerekiyor ancak odaya sığmıyor.

And also the receptionists helped us with our issue with another hotel, they made a couple of phone calls and spoke Japanese! They were great, thanks again!!

Overall the hotel was good. Had all amenities I needed and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the metro and the amenities were nice.

Cons:

Overall everything was good. Would suggest adding another laundry machine if possible. I think 2 machines is not enough. All other facilities were good though.

Everything you need is provided, it was such good value for money and the location was perfect.

Cons:

We only stayed a couple of nights with minimal luggage so we had no issues with space, but for a longer stay/more luggages it would have been a challenge (but most JP hotels are)

Great location. Good staff. Typical small room but great bathroom. DONT take the breakfast option!
Pros:

The bathroom had two necessities for the traveller; hangers and a retractable clothes line in the bathroom. These simple additions are essential if you are staying for a few days. It means so much to be able to rinse out a shirt or socks. Necessary luxury often missed by other hotels. Ten points!

Cons:

The dismal attempt at breakfast! The advertised 'American Breakfast' is misrepresentation! The so-called 'buffet' was a farce. The venue is a nightclub that features Hookas! (water-pipes!) at night that is then is opened to provide breakfast?! Who's idea was that? They offered a two-choice menu; the one we choose was presented two tiny pancakes, a tiny tub of maple-syrup, a spoon full of egg-like substance, a couple of tiny sausages, a piece if meat-like substance and a mound of stale lettuce designed to make the plate seem full. Then topped with two-pieces of strong-smelling fish! This is an insult to the Japanese clients and an affront to Western clients; the strong smell of the fish pervading all the other tastes. No fruit, Cona coffee and a couple of dismal pickle options and miso.... This is our seventh hotel in Japan this trip and after years of hotel stays it tops the list for the worst attempt at breakfast ever!!! By far! My advice to the hotel; STOP! Do not offer this option! We complained politely at the hotel and returned our vouchers for three unused days. We received absolutely NO reply from the management. Probably too embarrassed....
