The Residence Inn has one of the best spots in the area. Maggie was our Sales Manager for the group booking and room block and was amazing! Nick check me in specifically and was super patient as it had been a long day of travel delays for me. The food is TOP NOTCH on site. Very inviting atmosphere for the whole property and the rooms were quieter than I had expected. Current Ambassador level that will absolutely continue to stay at this property when in the area.
Excellent place to stay, amazing value, location, rooms, staff everything you need
We were truly impressed with this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service throughout our stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the bar staff was welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options.
The hotel also provides complimentary beach chairs and towels, and we loved receiving two free drinks each day—a wonderful added perk!
For the price we paid, this hotel was an incredible value. What stood out the most, however, was the housekeeping staff. They were the best we’ve ever experienced, even compared to much more expensive hotels. They didn’t just tidy the room—they thoroughly cleaned it every single day, including wiping down all the surfaces and paying attention to every detail.
We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!
The pool
Location
Clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast, rootop pool area with a bar inside. Reasonably close to the beach if you’re OK to walk a little.
The room (1807) was a bit noisy during the night, with clanking sounds heard every now and then. This was presumably from the elevator machinery, but better sound proofing could be done. Also, I honestly couldn’t understand how to operate the coffee maker. Probably quite simple, but the instructions were difficult to read on the inside of the machine. A Nespresso machine would have been better. Thankfully there were coffee dispensers available before breakfast hours for an unashamed caffeine addict like myself.
Finally, I wrote a message through Booking .com when making the booking earlier in the day (I needed a new hotel last minute when my flight was cancelled) and the reply came a couple of hours after check-out..

We had a wonderfull time in the hotel, the room was clean and tidy! The beds are big and confortables. You can Cook if you need. Hela, the host, was very kind and helpful.
