Gostámos muito do pequeno almoço e das instalações. Estava tudo sempre limpo, não havia barulho de outros hóspedes, e os funcionários eram atenciosos.
Não gostei de não existirem adaptadores para as tomadas elétricas. Éramos 3, tivemos de comprar 3 adaptadores que dificilmente voltaremos a utilizar.

Great location, nice staff.
Nothing.
The rooms were neat and clean, but we faced a few issues with the water taps and door locks. The door did not close properly, and despite calling the reception several times, no one answered.
That said, the hospitality was excellent. All the staff members were very attentive ( RECEPTION, not over phone ) , friendly, and always willing to help. As it was our first day in London, we were a bit confused about getting around, but they kindly assisted us with arranging a cab and getting large bottles of mineral water, which we really appreciated.
The breakfast spread was average. Compared to Marriott Bonvoy hotels in India, the variety and selection were quite limited.

The photos on the website don't match the experience we had. The check-in was smooth. I didn't like the breakfast spread and its quite limited. The lift during our stay was not working and we had to use the service lift for which we had to request a person every time to open the service door for us, which is quite inconvenient and unacceptable. The room that we got though we had booked the room with the Platinum Tier of Bonvoy, was very very cramped and there is no moving space at all. I suspect that we didn't get a good room, specially when the photos on the website show different configuration of the room. The location is in Bermondsey and its not that bad. Our room didnt have any good views. The hotel crew while helpful, looked dull and sleepy. The vibes overall were quite dead.
