Convenient location, bad WiFi
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The breakfast is fair. There's only one slow/busy elevator. Reception and halls need renovation. The Wifi is really bad.

Pros:

Frühstück war nach internationalem Standard. Besser als erwartet.

Cons:

Service Personal am Empfang sprach sehr undeutliches Englisch. Waren mit der ein oder anderen Frage etwas überfordert. Zimmer war für 3 Erwachsene gebucht. Bett war nur für 2 Personen gerichtet. Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Bild bei der Buchung mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett ( im Zimmer war Schlafcouch)

When I arrived to the hotel they told me that they had some kind of issue with my room and that they had moved my reservation to the Tower Bridge Marriot that's around the corner. They should have informed me about this change before my arrival and given me the option to opt out, but since they didn't and I was already there I went to the other hotel. In the Tower Bridge hotel they told me they had no record of my reservation and that it was some kind of mistake. After 3 hours of waiting at the reception they told me I actually had to go to the Kensington Marriot Residence Inn. Which is like 1 hour trip by uber. There I finally got a room. All these trouble and delays made me miss a very important work meeting I had scheduled. Definitely don't recommend.

la posizione è abbastanza centrale, la colazione abbastanza varia, palestra ben attrezzata

Cons:

staff abbastanza disattento, ma se interpellato alle richieste è risultato disponibile. i corridoi di accesso alle stanze angusti e con odori non piacevoli. camera mediamente pulita.

Pros:

the room was great for a family of 5. The staff in general was very kind but in particular at breakfast was very attentive and friendly. The position of the hotel was good as well.
