Two bathrooms
Unfortunately two bathrooms means they are both small and tight

The photos on the website don't match the experience we had. The check-in was smooth. I didn't like the breakfast spread and its quite limited. The lift during our stay was not working and we had to use the service lift for which we had to request a person every time to open the service door for us, which is quite inconvenient and unacceptable. The room that we got though we had booked the room with the Platinum Tier of Bonvoy, was very very cramped and there is no moving space at all. I suspect that we didn't get a good room, specially when the photos on the website show different configuration of the room. The location is in Bermondsey and its not that bad. Our room didnt have any good views. The hotel crew while helpful, looked dull and sleepy. The vibes overall were quite dead.

Considering that uk is associated with its breakfast, it was a let down that scrambled eggs and baked beans were only available once in three occasions.

The breakfast is fair. There's only one slow/busy elevator. Reception and halls need renovation. The Wifi is really bad.
