Angebot an Kosmetik und Getränke

Cons:

Die angebotene Eco-Reinigung des Zimmers fand leider nicht statt. Es wäre wichtig gewesen, da die Mülleimer voll waren und die Handtücher wegen fehlender Aufhängemöglichkeiten immer nass blieben... Wir haben Reinigung ausdrücklich bestellt. Aber es ist niemand gekommen.

Dużo darmowych próbek (kremy, szampony, odżywki, płyn do kąpieli) właściwie nie potrzeba zabierać kosmetyczki ze sobą. Wygodne łóżka. Czysto.

Cons:

Ciasne pokoje, mało miejsca. Brak szafy w pokoju.

Un hôtel d’exception !
Pros:

Un hôtel extraordinaire ! Il est difficile de faire mieux ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec beaucoup de cadeaux, notamment des produits de beauté, le petit déjeuner est offert ainsi que des rafraîchissements et d’autres choses encore. Et l’hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici !

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional. Los amenities qué ofrecía el hotel estaba bien

Cons:

La tipología de hotel. El desayuno que ofrecía que era gratis no tenía de nada.
Ofrecía muchos amenities pero el servicio era escaso. Para dos noches si basta.

All in all, based on our experience, not a good value for money.
Pros:

The location is good, near Dotonbori. The hotel provides a lot of freebies - like many hotels in Japan, but goes further than most with for example free, all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages (from a selection). Breakfast is provided. The breakfast selection is fine but the quality is lacking.

Cons:

In our experience, the hotel came short for us in two major aspects. First, the room was extremely small for a family of four. Maybe our bad, but based on the photos, it definitely looked like it was roomier. The room we booked was a 'Casual 4', which felt very cramped for 4 with 4 carry-on size luggages.
The other things was the staff friendliness. The front desk was barely polite and the workers at breakfast were openly dismissive and bordeline rude.

整體表現在水準之上，就是隔音需要再加強
Pros:

地理位置優越，有題供酒水飲料吧、爆米花、還有很多備品，很讚

Cons:

隔音有點不太好，住的房間有對外窗，離旁邊的高架橋及馬路蠻近的，晚上經常有重型機車經過，噪音很大（尤其是星期六），有時也會聽到救護車的鳴笛聲

My favorite Japanese hotel so far!
Pros:

Generous! All the hotels I have been to were great, but this one stands out for generosity and assistance.

Cons:

Nothing! If there is something to improve, maybe more breakfast choices but even their breakfast is great already.

Kid friendly with 2 retro game stations (Sega mega drive and a family game console),, mini play area, shelf of Manga (including English), Karaoke rooms for free use, and unlimited drinks! This place is a gem, one of the best hotel experiences we've had. They also had all the things you'd think you might need to buy, even a luggage scale! Really well thought of, do yourself a favor and book here if you're looking to stay around Dotonbori!

Fantastic staff, fantastic location, exceptional price...and should be rated 4-star as a minimum.
Pros:

Breakfast is included in the price and is more than adequate...cereal, bread, croissants, yoghurt, fruit salad...and not to mention the unbelievably genuine-tasting onigiri machine and the evening ramen noodle...and did I mention the price includes unlimited soft drink, juices and alcohol!

Cons:

If I was to be absolutely picky, the only thing that I didn't like was the split level between the bathroom/toilet area and the sleeping area...I can certainly appreciate the theme but anyone with dodgy knees may find it a minor challenge.
