Sujo, localização conveniente. Não paguem café da manhã.

Excelente localização, pertinho do metrô e locais turísticos a pé. Eu ficaria se fosse um ou dois dias, mas para nós que ficamos seis dias, não voltaria.

Facilidade em deixar as malas antes do check-in e pós checkout.

Cons:

Menor quarto dentre todas nossas hospedagens.
Staff da recepção amigável, porém da cozinha apenas uma funcionária muito mal humorada (a que estava em serviço dia 18/07). Café da manhã sofrível vc escolhe entre oriental ou ocidental e aí São todos os dias a mesma coisa.
Nós pedíamos o ocidental e era um pão, uma fatia de presunto com ovo, uma micro salsicha 1/3 de uma banana (sim, 1/3) e um iogurte. TODOS os dias.
No buffet café e suco de Laranja apenas. Um dos dias era 8:00 da manhã e o suco de laranja acabou. Pedimos para repor e a resposta foi q não tinha.

Limpeza do quarto péssima. Derrubei uma moeda e ao olhar debaixo das cama, tinha muito pó e lixos de outros hóspedes.
Atrás do frigobar então. Nunca vi tanto pó na vida.
Banheiro minúsculo, mal dá pra se mexer e não é conveniente. Fica tudo amontoado. A torneira da pia sai tanta água q a força para escovar os dentes é horrível. Não tem meio termo. Ou sai um fio ou sai uma enxurrada.

Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, en todo el meollo de Namba y al lado de Dotombori pero bastante silencioso

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña aunque las camas son cómodas, pero bueno es normal en Japón. Aunque la hora normal del checking es las 15:00 nos cobraron un suplemento porque se supone que el precio ofertado incluía checking tardío, a las 20:00, hora tardísimo para este país, supongo que son estrategias para ofrecer mejor precio por noche pero no me gustó y me pilló desprevenida. Es cierto q me habían mandado un mensaje antes recordándolo pero no lo leí bien y es algo que nunca me había pasado en otros alojamientos. El personal regulero, unos un poco secos aunque la chica que nos hizo el envío de maletas y el check out fue super amable y resolutiva. La quinta planta es un horno en el pasillo pero en la habitación el aire funciona bien, y se ve unos poco antiguo

Ottima posizione e una colazione veramente buona e a buon prezzo, altamente consigliata.

Cons:

Il condizionatore è davvero molesto, tenendolo acceso anche se basso fa molto vento sul letto e fa dormire male! La stanza ad ogni modo è molto piccola, anche spostando il condizionatore non si risolverebbe il problema.

Super lokatie maar kleine kamers voor een gezin van 4.

De lokatie is uitstekend. De personeel is super vriendelijk. De douche in de kamer is heel lekker.

Cons:

De kamer is veel te klein voor 4 mensen. Weinig plek voor de koffers.
