The location is great though not beachfront as advertised.
Rooms are ok, albeit dated. Decent air conditioning and fridge.

Some very clever photography on the photos used.
Tiny pool, unclean, only 2 beds, no mattresses, no beach / pool towels as advertised.
Gym is 3 old rickety pieces of equipment in a scruffy open plan area of the closed bar area.
Breakfast is awful. Little choice, all cold and not replenished after 8.30am. Breakfast staff are rude.
The whole place is impersonal and resembles a high rise block of flats.
We have stayed in 5 hotels during our Vietnam trip and this is the worst.
It was on the main road and close to the beach. The pool was nice.
The walls are thin and quite noisy.

The swimming pool was very basic, however this is expected for the price of the stay.
We've stayed here several times now and always return as its such great value for money snd ideally situated for us.
Good location, near Da Nang beach, comfortable room with private bathroom and partial sea view.
Room 802 air cond not working and bathroom smelt. Room 502 air cond great, ensuite door not close properly, front door sometimes hard to open. They charged for water when we checked out, yet there was no advertised menu in the room and we assumed it was complimentary.

The location was great! Close to the beach, some local restaurants and a nearby laundry.
The staff need to be wary that the fire alarm would go off on my floor a few times a day almost every day of my stay. Even late in the evening.
Also the housekeepers forgot to top up my shampoo and shower gel. I had to ask nicely at reception for more bottles.
