I can confirm this has become my go to hotel in Riyadh on my weekly business trips. I consistently receive exceptional service from the front desk specifically from Khuloud, whose greetings I look forward to and drives me to be a loyal guest to Crowne. Additionally, Thani and Nizar have been of fantastic additions to my stays.
Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service exceeded expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptional throughout my visit whether at the reception, restaurant, or banquet team, everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was that every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. Their hospitality made our business group stay, event, and congress a wonderful experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again
