Pros:

The room was large enough for 2 people. Very clean, great location just 2min from the subway station and 20min walk to Namba. Free drinks everyday for a couple of hours, we really enjoyed that. I know they also offer activities and ramen, but we didn't eat there. I used the onsen once and liked it too. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit Osaka in the future. Thanks!

Pros:

Loved the location, rooms and staff at this hotel! It was very comfortable and had a large common area downstairs. Great location and close to transport.

Pros:

Very well located in Osaka the hotel was amazing staff super friendly and the free alcohol and soft drinks was super cool never seen a hotel offer this before

Good choice in Osaka
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and nice. We arrived before the official check in time but they already had our room clean and available. That was a nice surprise after our long trip from Europe. The free ramen in the evenings was a good extra.

Pros:

Such a nice hotel. We loved it there. Close to the metro, very nice room (we stayed in a triple room), and we loved the Japanese breakfast and the rooftop terrace. All staff was so nice.

Convenient location, great services, nice room
Pros:

The hospitality was great at this hotel. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. Cleaning and amenities, like water and towels, were refreshed daily. Staff was kind and helpful. The free liquor/beer and ramen was definitely a highlight

Unique atmosphere! I liked it a lot
Pros:

Good location just next to the subway and there’s Shinsekai just on the other side of the crossing. The staff speak excellent English. Rooms are very clean and well equipped. What’s the most enjoyable part are self served free drinks, selection of cocktails and beer available within specific range of time. They have special events for guests and they serve free ramen in the evening. We used a public bath with sauna and it was amazing. You can enjoy nice view over the city at the terrace on the top floor. Breakfasts were delicious and the selection was fantastic.

I try to go the hotspring but I didn’t know that in Japan you have to enter naked.
