Todo. Ubicacion, limpieza, personal, instalaciones, desayuno... todo.

Cons:

Algún huésped hacía mucho ruido al llegar de madrugada y te despertaba, pero eso no es cosa del alojamiento, si no del respeto de otros huespedes

Pros:

Facilities are very clean, the check-in process is smooth and rooms very private

Cons:

Capsules are comfortable for sleeping and getting a proper rest, however, I found the shelf above the bed quite difficult to use and to place my stuff there for quick access.

I loved this accomodation because of its location and facilities. It was also quite social which was lovely.

Pros:

Felt super cosy in the little pods, had the best night sleep ever, great location and lovely staff. The hotel had everything you needed

Cons:

Some of the other guests were very messy in the pods with all of their belongings spilling out to the central pathway - not a massive issue ofc

Cons:

一点このホテル固有の、時間を設定しておくと電気が自動でついてベッドが動く機能(このコンセプト自体は非常に良いのですが！)について、改善していただけたらありがたいなあ、という点がございます。
問題は、備え付けiPhoneの、電気のオンオフを操作するところと、アラームをセットするところが同じホーム画面のすぐそばにあり、アラームを8時にかけていたのですが、夜中に一度冷房が寒くて目が覚めた際に、部屋の電気をつけようとして備え付けの操作パネルを手で探っている間に、どうやら暗い中でアラームページの時間のところを知らず知らずのうちに触ってしまっていたようで、設定が14時に変わってしまっており、(しかも、他の方に迷惑をかけないために、自分の携帯の音のアラームは切っていたため、)8時間になっても部屋に備え付けのiPhoneのアラームが作動せず、予定していた時間に間に合わないという事態になり、困りました。すぐに改善は難しいのかもしれませんが、一度タイマーをかけたら、少し触っただけで時間が変わってしまう設定ではなく、アラームがなるまでは時間が変更できないように画面ロックされるとか、何か変更をしていただくことができればと思います。何度も宿泊させていただいており、他の部分は素晴らしいので、この点のみ一度ご検討いただければ幸いです！以前も同じことが起き、今回二度目なので、書かせていただきました。長文すみません。

Location was good

Cons:

There were too many capsules on my floor and the floor plan was confusing. There was a lot of competition for showers and toilets. The toilets and showers were housed together unlike the Shibuya location. Some of the toilet’s didn’t work. It was also noisy which I hadn’t experienced in the Shibuya location. The blind on my capsule was broken and difficult to close. I was supposed to spend 8 nights there but felt so uncomfortable being there that I left after one night.
