Buena ubicación pero olor fuerte en las habitaciones
Pros:

Tiene ascensor, está al lado de la estación, tiene tiendas de convenio alrededor, excelente servicio.

Cons:

El olor de las habitaciones es de humedad, guardado, razón por la cual me enfermé muy fuerte.

想要省錢，又想要有隱私結合交通便利，這裡就是首選絕對沒毛病!!!!!

Cons:

隔音有點差，有些樓層沒有淋浴間，稍微不方便，算美中不足的地方，但也可以接受 !

I had a really pleasant stay at Hotel Sunplaza in Shinimamiya. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is relaxed, but the real highlights were the free amenities. The access to the Ōfuro (large bath) was a wonderful bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. On top of that, free coffee and bread were available, which made for a simple and satisfying morning or a quick snack anytime. It’s rare to find a place offering such thoughtful extras at this price point. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers who still appreciate a bit of comfort!

Cons:

Solo había una ducha por planta y no en todas las plantas. Al menos en la planta baja al lado de la recepción había una sala con tres duchas.

喜欢大阪，下次还要再回来
Pros:

春季特别每日每个住户发放两个小面包，以及每日每天有全新毛巾和牙刷套装，让你可以去泡汤用。诚意满满。

Cons:

很喜欢他的干净及地点便利性，最棒的隔壁就是南海地铁可以最后一天不需要大包小包扛到半死，直接就可以去kix 机场。

Pros:

免费饮料，免费早餐，洗衣机和烘干机都不贵。

Cons:

隔音，除此之外这个价格没什么要求了
但说实话，隔音其实也可以通过耳塞解决，反正我每天睡得蛮香
