必要にして十分。おススメです。
Pros:

自動付帯する朝食はなかなかのもので、期待以上でした。部屋は狭過ぎず、すべてのファシリティが正常に機能しました。立地も案外魅力的で、JR蒲田と京急蒲田の大体真ん中か、やや京急寄りで、カートを引いても徒歩で難なくたどり着けます。京急蒲田からはアーケード街で、JR蒲田からも屋根付きの歩道が続いているので、ホテルのごく近くまで雨でも傘無しで到達できます（最後に渡る橋の前後ちょっとは屋根無しです）。大浴場も小さいながらありますので、好きな人には重宝します。

Cons:

特にありませんが、たまたま当たったチェックイン時のフロント担当者はちょっとハズレで、ポイント付与の案内はしないし、Wi-Fiのピンの案内も無し。あとで聞きに行ったら「キーカードの裏です」の一言。せっかくいいホテルなのにもったいないことだなとは感じました。
