What a warm and heartfelt stay in the very center of Yerevan.
Daniel Boutique Hotel is located in an older residential building and is a simple, humble family-run place — but that is exactly part of its charm. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the owners made me feel almost as if I were visiting my grandmother’s home rather than staying at a hotel.
They were incredibly kind and welcoming, and especially sweet with our 6-month-old baby, which meant so much to us.
We only stayed for one night after returning from Dilijan before flying out of Yerevan, but it turned out to be the perfect ending to our beautiful trip around Armenia.
It may not be a luxurious hotel, but it has something much more memorable: genuine warmth, hospitality, and heart.
If we ever come back to Yerevan, I honestly don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else.

Perfect location. Close enough to main core without the noise and traffic. Owner was so friendly and helpful. She even helped me find the correct bus stop to catch a bus to the airport. Unfortunately, this was not so easy to research on the Internet. She made certain I got on the correct bus.

This is a good affordable place to stay. The location is walkable to the main square. The host is friendly and you have your own separate personal space. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. There is also a personal little kitchen and balcony. It's a good choice if you like to feel what it's like to live like a local.
It was a little hard to locate. I sign on the door would help. I attached a picture.
