Fantastic

The environment and the staff. Fresh, tasty food. The set up the pool was fantastic 👌 👏 🙌 😍. Staff are respected and knowledgeable about their job.

Cons:

Suggesting for the hotel to have more lift in the building for easy access especially for disable people. We find it difficult to access the rooftop for other entertainment due to lack of lift. Though there are stairs but lift will be better.

Amazing Vacation, will come back if i can

I love everything about this hotel except location, it’s quite far from the airport, not too bad if you like traveling but as someone that has just traveled 32hrs to get to Phuket, I wasn’t happy with the distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staffs are friendly, the pool is nice, the food is amazing, the gym is just perfect. Have been on many vacation, this was by far the most luxurious one at a cheap price. Totally enjoyed my stay. Will come back if I can manage the distance😁
All the staffs were amazing but huge shout out to Sid, Sikill(not sure i got the name right, he helped me check in on my first day) Tiwa and the house cleaning team. You guys are hardworking and amazing
