We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere and facilities to the outstanding service.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. They really made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.

Breakfast was especially impressive, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning.
We originally booked this hotel for five nights, but we loved our stay so much that we extended it for another five nights!
Overall, we had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

A beautiful and relaxing stay with a great location and lovely ambience.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We especially liked the peaceful atmosphere, the pool area and the convenient location near Karon Beach. We also loved the hospitality from the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

I recommend this hotel a million times over!
Pros:

The hotel is amazing! All the facilities are designed to make our trip wonderful! The staff are helpful and super polite! The pool is wonderful, the pool bar and the staff there were super kind and proactive! The restaurants were an experience in themselves, and the spa too!! We used all the facilities and didn’t leave the hotel, it was incredible!

Breakfast is great but restaurant food needs serious improving.
Pros:

Lots of water and ice provided free of charge. Manager was extremely helpful.

Cons:

The food ….pasta was extremely dry and too expensive . Spas at the pool were turned off at 7 pm
which was too early.

Best breakfast , very nice hotel with nice pool. Close to the beach and markets. This hotel is highly highly recommended

For elder people who cannot walk over steps or high slops, it might be difficult. However, they will help and send a wheel chair with someone to support.

The kindest professional staff , amazing hospitality

The hospitality and location, first time I stay in the karon beach area it’s more quiet than patong beach but with all the benefits (shops - restaurants- beautiful beach, etc..)

Cons:

I wish the swimming pool was bigger with better view. Everything else was amazing. Also if you have physical limitations (disability - injury) some areas you need to use the stairs ex: from the lobby to room - the rooftop restaurant) they have a ramp leading to rooms building but it’s very steep.
