Cons:

Personally this didn't bother me but the location can be a challenge for people with difficulty in walking: it's very close to the center but the route is very steep when you return back. If you have car, you can solve the problem of walking difficulty by driving to a paid parking just near the entry to the old city (there the surface is relatively flat).

Ein sehr gemütliches, freundliches und sauberes Hotel!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, perfekt für uns mit einem klein Kind das etwas Platz benötigt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr soll und lecker. Das Hotel hat einfach einen tollen Charme und wirklich sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Wir würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Pros:

The staff, they were very kind and supportive even though most of them could not speak much English. We had to leave early before breakfast started but the staff was kind enough to prepare for us and it was super delicious 😋

Cons:

The walk uphill, especially if you have heavy luggages. But it was not the hotel's fault.

位置很不错，就在中心景区可以方便的拍到日出，独特的景观，而无需考虑人流嘈杂，然后还能赶回来吃酒店的棒棒的餐，早餐真的是棒极了

Cons:

I was about to give this property a fair rating, but given what happened, I cannot.
The listing clearly shows air conditioning as a facility, and it was a deciding factor in our booking because a member of our party has a medical need for air circulation at night.

On arrival, the AC unit in our room was off and not working. When I raised it, the host said AC is not necessary in winter and suggested keeping the window open despite near-freezing temperatures. When I explained the medical need, her response was to tell us to find other accommodation and that she would return our money.

The turn-off facility is a problem,
but what concerns me most is the attitude.

As Human resources Manager professional with extensive experience in customer-facing service environments, I can say that telling a guest with a health concern to leave and look elsewhere is the opposite of basic hospitality and customer care. A professional host listens, apologises, and offers a solution first.

Refunding and showing guests the door should never be the opening response, such a rude treatment.

عند الوصول، كانت وحدة التكييف في غرفتنا مطفأة ولا تعمل. وحين أبلغتُ المضيفة بذلك، قالت إن التكييف غير ضروري في فصل الشتاء، واقترحت إبقاء النافذة مفتوحة رغم أن درجات الحرارة كانت قريبة من التجمّد. وعندما شرحتُ لها الحاجة الطبية، كان ردّها أن نبحث عن سكن آخر وأنها ستعيد لنا أموالنا.

اغلاق المرفق المُعلَن هو مشكلة بحد ذاتها، لكن ما يقلقني أكثر هو الأسلوب والتعامل.
بصفتي مدير موارد بشرية محترفًا ولديّ خبرة واسعة في بيئات الخدمة المباشرة للعملاء، يمكنني القول إن مطالبة ضيف لديه حالة صحية بالمغادرة والبحث عن مكان آخر هي عكس أبسط مبادئ الضيافة ورعاية العملاء. فالمضيف المحترف يُصغي أولًا، ويعتذر، ثم يقدّم حلًّا. أما عرض استرداد المبلغ وإخراج الضيوف فلا ينبغي أن يكون أبدًا الردّ ال

Sehr angenehmes Haus mit besonders gutem Frühstück fußläufig zur Altstadt

Sehr netter Empfang, gemütliches Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Stadt vom Balkon aus. Kurzer Fußweg in die Altstadt. Garantierter Parkplatz am Haus. Herausragendes Frühstück!

Cons:

Man muss wissen, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Von der 2. Etage ins Souterrain zum Frühstück sind es schon einige Treppen. Unser Zimmer hatte keine begehbare Dusche, sondern eine Wanne zum Reinsteigen. Aber für uns alles kein Problem!
