O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção. Fiz uma compra que iria ser entregue antes da minha chegada no hotel. Entrei em contato com a recepção e deu tudo certo. Eles receberam a minha compra e estava tudo em ordem. O quarto era confortável. O banheiro era ótimo. O hotel fica a uma curta distância do metrô e do tram, o que facilita muito a circulação.

hotel pulito profumato, servizi buoni, acqua sempre fresca nella hall per riprenderci dopo le giornate intense di visita.
Letti comodi, ma la camera un po' piccola per 3

Cons:

la parte amminsitrava: non mi hanno rilasciato ricevuta e sto tentando di richiederla ai vari indirizzi mail che ho ma senza successo
La colazione troppo cara , quindi la facevamo fuori in una bakery del quartiere (Nara Bakary che consilgio)
