Our stay was amazing and would have given a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the late check out issue.
Pros:

Rooms were lovely, clean and staff are amazing.

Cons:

The refusal for a late check out after being sent a notification asking if we would like to book to stay longer. This was really annoying and either sort out emailing people offering extensions or allow later check- outs when rooms are available, that is really poor customer service.

It was clean, very close to police station, 10min to metro, swimming pool and jacuzzi were grrat after a long day of walking, staff was very nice and helpful, no problem overall

Cons:

Terrible experience. Don't stay here if you are travelling for work. A/C stopped working and had to sleep in a very hot room at 27 degrees. The hair dryer didn't work either. It turned off every 30 seconds, impossible to use. I had to go to work with wet hair. Staff and general manager far from helping just ended up pushing back and justifying these major inconveniences. No partial refund or change of room was offered at any point.

Pěkný hotel na klidném místě. Doporučuji.
Pros:

Klidná lokalita. 20min pěšky na pláž nebo jiným směrem k Sagrada Familia. Snídaně byl moc dobré a dalo se vybírat z mnoha věcí. Nahoře u bazénu pěkný výhled na město.

Cons:

Ráno, když hosté začínali odcházet z pokojů, tak šlo dost slyšet zabouchnutí dveří.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a good stay at Golden Hotel. It was a little pricey, but overall we enjoyed our experience. The pool was amazing and had a great vibe, and the complimentary drinks were a really nice touch.

The hotel is quite far from the city centre, which was a little inconvenient, but being able to walk to Westfield was definitely a plus. Our room was also very comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the facilities and atmosphere of the hotel.
