満足でした。
Pros:

部屋の密閉性が低いことが良い。私はタバコの煙にさえ劇症反応したことがあるほどの極端なハウスダストアレルギー体質なので（知る限りそれほどの症例は世界で報告されていない）密閉性が高い空間の空気は吸えないのですが、このホテルは古典的なドア構造でシャワー室に向けて隙間風が流れるので多くの部屋のハウスダストレベルが低く抑えられている。私のような稀有なアレルギー体質の人でも空気を吸えるネパールでは極めて稀な（他に知りません）ホテルです。

Cons:

階段の踊り場が外に面したテラスになっている一角がありテーブルと灰皿が置かれている。隣室の人がタバコを吸っていて階段の昇り降り時に吸わされてしまうことが何度かあった。喫煙所は（近年日本で多少見られるようになった）密閉型にするか他の部屋への動線から15m以上は離して欲しい。

Great location and friendly staff, but impossible to sleep
Pros:

The only positive aspects were the location and the attentiveness of the staff. In particular, Paban was incredibly helpful and kind.

Cons:

rated this hotel 3 out of 10 primarily because getting any sleep was impossible. Throughout the night, there were people constantly screaming in the hallways. On top of that, a car alarm on the street kept going off continuously. Because the room doors are made of wood, they offer no soundproofing at all, and every single noise comes straight into the room. Additionally, the breakfast was quite weak, the cleanliness was not up to par, and there was a noticeable musty/humid smell in the room.

It was a great experience, all the staff and the manager were super nice. I sincerely appreciate cleaning, facilities, food and constant help/guidance.

Memorable stay
Pros:

The rooms were quite cozy and comfortable. All staff members especially the Manager, Mr. Tulsi are exceptional. Food was amazing. Location is excellent.

If I were to return to Kathmandu, I would definitely stay here
Pros:

The location is fantastic. So accessible too everything you need. On a quiet side street, so no chaotic noise. The staff were super super friendly.

Great Value and Location
Pros:

I spent 4 nights at Oasis Kathmandu during my recent Nepal visit. What I love most about this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance to many markets, restaurants, and attractions. Yet the location is calm and quiet. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, and my room was on the 4th floor. It was not a problem for me, but be aware if you have mobility issues. The a la carte lunch and dinner options were good. I wish the breakfast buffet offered more variety. I would not rate this hotel 5 star as some have, but I think it offers unbeatable location and value for the money.
