Building and rooms were classy and elegant and extremely comfortable, very expensive looking while not having to take out a loan to stay there
Connection on the tv was slightly poor in the higher up floors but nothing too bad

the room was nice and was right on the sea front
The staff were unhelpful when we got there after driving hours the man at the desk said it was fine that we parked out front it was dark we couldn’t see the signs and then in the morning got a ticket and a different man told he would never tell us that i was furious why didn’t they tell us there was a different car park and to park there he deliberately told us it was fine and he’ll “sort it” whatever that means but we were tired and wanted to get to the room

No coffee available at the bar due to machine had been cleaned so had a glass of water. Breakfast was okay but did not feel the sauce on the eggs royal was hollandaise sauce
Easy check-in. Well maintained common areas.
The size of the bed in the 'cosy' room was small for two people. Sold as a double bed (UK size 4'6"), but actually was only 4". Staff managed to change our room easily, but this shouldn't have been necessary. There was plenty of space in the room to accommodate a standard double bed. Don't understand it wasn't there in the first place.
We booked here after originally booking at The Palace Hotel. We had been messed around and had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready, so we decided to look elsewhere and came across The Seven Hotel. Thankfully they had a room available! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so kind and friendly. We will 100% be returning next summer.
That breakfast wasn’t included in price.
