Multiple guests explicitly noted clean, comfortable rooms and good housekeeping; no widespread cleanliness complaints.
Service
10
Service is repeatedly described as excellent, friendly and attentive; shuttle/airport transfers consistently praised and staff called 'amazing' and 'extremely helpful.'
Location
9.4
Frequently mentioned as close to Quito airport (~20 minutes) with a free shuttle; quiet setting good for transit though not much around the property.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms praised for comfortable beds and cleanliness, but several guests reported issues (sink located outside bathroom, thin sound insulation and noise from staff/early departures) lowering this score.
Amenities
10
Amenities are a strong point: pool, gym, spa, garden and reliable airport shuttle repeatedly noted; guests highlight extensive on-site facilities and tours.
Value for Money
7.2
Mixed signals: some guests describe it as good value for a transit stay, while others explicitly call the price high for what the hotel is and note booking information discrepancies.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast is often praised as rich and tasty, but there are recurring complaints about specific items (fruit not local) and some guests reported the general food quality as a downside.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall sentiment is highly positive — many 'amazing', 'would stay again' and 'peaceful' comments — with a few specific operational issues not detracting from the general recommendation.

I would happily stay here again!
Pros:

The property was lovely. The staff was amazing. I loved that the transfer from the airport to the hotel and then the hotel back to the airport was included. I just wish I could’ve stayed there longer.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
