A lovely stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

All in all an excellent experience. The location couldn't be better.
The food next door was great.
The bed was very comfortable and the room exceptionally quiet and very clean. We loved the tile floors - feels so much cleaner than carpet.

Cons:

The coffee next door was terrible.
2 comfortable chairs in the room would be nice.

Lovely
Pros:

Brilliant location right in the centre of the old town and opposite the Chateau Frontenac. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room, with lots of handy things like a fridge, safe and coffee machine. Nice warm welcome and check out.

Cons:

It was a bit dark despite the big window because of where the room was positioned at the back of the building but the lighting was decent enough

Steep steps to front door. A little confusing at first because the first floor is public travel information. Hotel check in is on the floor above.

Pros:

Very convenient hotel, with a lovely view of the Frontenac. Comfortable, clean and quiet stay. Simple, yet very spacious room. With the tourist center below, there's enough going on that it feels lively, yet not overwhelming. Was nice to be able to ask a few quick questions on city details on my way out, without having to search for answers. Would highly recommend for a stay.

Disappointed. Not as nice as the website had indicated. Read above.
Pros:

Location: on arrival front desk staff member helpful: Nespresso machine in room. Firm pillows very comfortable.

Cons:

Very poor insufficient lighting in the room impossible to read comfortably. Only lamp on desk didn’t work. Bathroom window plain glass (see through) had to keep blind closed. Bed mattress slightly soggy/lumpy. Not in the best state of upkeep - chipping paint near bottom of door frame on both sides in bathroom door frame. Didn’t look as good as photos of rooms. Disappointing. 24 degrees and bathroom 21 degrees- couldn’t warm up bathroom or cool down bedroom. Dreadfully noisy inside - guest loud, TVs loud, general banging and crashing. And outside. Needs more sound proofing. Mean with toiletries 1 shower gel for shower and use with wash hand basin. One shampoo No conditioner. One body cream. Didn’t clean room second day and found out there’s a sign that needs to be hung on door?! Pavements around the area are full of cracks, holes snd disrepair making wheeling suitcases very hard snd slow process. Flight of steps up to entrance NOT mentioned on website resulting in serious problems for me to overcome on arrival tired and stuck. Hotel reception on 1st floor there’s nothing and no one around.

If you’re planning a trip to Quebec City - stay here!
Pros:

It’s perfectly located and you can’t beat the price! We got the King with a view (room 110) and loved it. The ceilings were 20ft tall.

Parking was off site but easy to get to.

Superbement situé face au Château Frontenac, à distance de marche de notre resto.

Cons:

Le drain de la baignoire de la chambre 209 s'écoule très lentement, nous avons signalé le problème à la femme de chambre au départ (1 seule nuit donc pas eu le temps de voir s'ils ont corrigé)
