房內床單、枕套及被單竟都有血跡未處理，非常恐怖。告知飯店，飯店人員入內也未脫鞋直接踩入房內更換即離開，請他向飯店反映，ㄧ直到我們隔日離開都未獲回覆，也未安排換房間，實在是非常差的住宿體驗，下次不會再來入住。

Pros:

飯店的位置在地鐵青波線上，距離名古屋站一站，出車站後可直接走空橋抵達飯店。飯店所有房間都在高樓層，晚上可以觀賞名古屋的美麗夜景。房間的大小很舒服，浴室也算大，有機會還想再入住。

部屋もキレイで清潔感があり、ベットの寝心地も最高でした！
部屋からの景色がとても良くて夜景がきれいでした。
朝食のブュッフェもたくさん種類があって美味しかったです。ジェラートがあったのが珍しいと思ったし、とても美味しかったです！
