整體而言是滿意的！
Pros:

環境乾淨整潔；人員服務態度佳，提供機場接駁服務很貼心，另開車前往可免費停五天，很棒的服務！

Cons:

只能說，飯店所在位置周邊用餐地點很缺乏，較不方便！
飯店內是否能提供便利的晚餐供選擇？

A great hotel 20 minutes from the Taipei airport

Clean, spacious for a budget stay near to taoyuan airport with shuttle service.
Pros:

It’s convenient and they do provide airport shuttle bus services for their In-house guests which is a great value added services. Check in is fast and their staff speaks English. Lobby is clean and spacious.

Cons:

Nothing much.. all good for me.

很乾淨、整潔的飯店，雖然離機場有20分的車程覺得有遠，但住宿環境的設備、空間、硬體都是令人感到滿意舒適的。稍嫌不足的地方是冷氣溫度調整高時，房間的潮濕感立馬湧現，會渾身不對勁。其它的都很棒！

1:因為有開車🚗，服務人員只有說明當日停車場進出時的密碼，但隔天密碼就會換掉這部分是沒有告知的。讓我們要清晨4點出門時發生了停車場閘欄，因密碼錯誤耗盡了滿多時間再重複嘗試錯誤密碼的時間，最後是直接打電話去飯店櫃檯詢問後，才知道隔日密碼會更換的事實，覺得這是滿需要改進的地方，畢竟飛機✈️是不會等人的⋯！
2:地理位置距離機場開車時間至少20-30分左右。

A lovely stay.
Pros:

Great location that’s close to airport. Airport shuttle bus is provided which is a plus.

Cons:

Double room doesn’t come with bathtub. Kids are a bit disappointed.
