Room for improvement
Pros:

Aesthetically the hotel is lovely - cuban theme, lots of quirky little touches.
Comfortable beds & good spacious room.
Staff on front desk friendly.
Pool food was tasty.
Got to check in early which was much appreciated.

Cons:

Construction going on by the pool : not relaxing to sit by the pool. Constant sound of drilling that only stopped for an hour mid afternoon. If we had known this was going on, we wouldn't have stayed here - looks like itll be happening for quite a while too. Couldn't hear the music because of this either, in general pool area vibes not great.

Staff at pool : not the most friendly or helpful unfortunately. Service charged automatically on everything ordered here too - even though we were going up to order our own drinks. We don't mind paying Service if its provided, and it shouldn't be every time you order something, or added automatically.

Drinks by pool : Drinks could be a lot better - very basic, even for signature cocktails. Small and tasted watered down. Expensive for what they are and for a themed hotel, it seems like a missed opportunity to not make more aesthetic cocktails. Rooftop bar should also open earlier and stay open later, very limited hrs.

Location : The hotel feels quite out of it - we've been to Ibiza a few times, and wouldn't choose this location again for lack of convenience.

Beautiful hotel, noisy construction work around the pool

There is very noisy building work around the property, meaning that the pool is not always very relaxing, unfortunately!

FUN AND COMFORTABLE
Pros:

WE WERW GIVEN A COMPLIMENTRY UPGRADE AS WE WAITED TO CHECK IN. BPTH LADIES AT RECEPTION WERE FANTASTIC AND GETTING A PIZZA AT 5AM WAS A HUGE PKUS!

Good value for money
Pros:

Great theme, food and drinks fantastic, staff all lovely

Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned a day even though we had the sign on for housekeeping from midday and wasn’t done until 3pm the following day and rooms are a bit worn with holes and stains on curtains etc

It was nice but I’m not sure I’d return. Even though it looks good the overall vibe was abit flat.

My new happy place, I would recommend that everyone experiences a stay at Cubanito it’s #1/5*
Pros:

Everything about Cubanito was excellent from the amazing reception staff Alvaro & Ainhoa to the room which was stunning. Comfy bed, soft towels, chilled pool area/sunbeds, amazing music & delicious food all served with a smile.
Without a doubt one of the very best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in… I can’t wait to return & share with friends

Great hotel
Pros:

Location and style of the hotel. Lovely staff.

Cons:

They seemed short staffed around the pool area - so long waits and occasionally being asked to return to order once the staff member had completed other tasks.

Should have more than one staff member at check in and pool bar when the property is sold out. Very long waits.

Sunsets maravilhosos e distância a pé da praia
Pros:

Escolhi o alojamento pela localização, perto da Calla Graciáó.
Por ter parque de estacionamento no local e por pertencer à cadeia hoteleira The Concept Hotels, que recomendo.
São hoteis com muito design. Este hotel não defraudou as expectativas nesse aspeto.
O bar na rooftop do hotel, com festas diárias, é um ponto a favor. Mesmo não tenho ficado durante toda a festa, dava sempre para ver o sunset e beber um copo antes de ir jantar.

Cons:

O que não gostei foi do facto de (por azar) na primeira noite, ter ficado num quarto mesmo ao lado da receção e o Sr. da receção esteve toda a noite a falar alto sozinho ou com alguém ao telefone.
Pensei que era alguém fora do hotel. Só percebi que era a pessoa da receção às 7:00. Foi uma noite praticamente em claro.
Ouve-se tudo nesses 2 quartos ao lado da receção. É um ponto a melhorar. Felizmente consegui que me mudassem de quarto e resolveu o problema. Espero que o funcionário tenha sido chamado a atenção. É inadimissivel que a alguém que trabalhe no hotel perturbe os hóspedes.
O pequeno almoço também podia ser melhorado. Ter mais variedade no buffet.
