Cons:

We've stayed at this hotel several times recently. We really liked it the first two times (compared to other hotels). It had a decent pool, sauna, and comfortable beds. Subsequently, things got worse and worse. On our second-to-last visit, there were no kitchen towels in the room, an incomplete set of towels in the bathroom, and most importantly, no one was visible at the front desk in Building 2. On our last visit, the service completely failed. My colleague and I arrived for two days, and they charged us a deposit of $203.48 each. What kind of rules are these that seem to appear out of nowhere? By the way, we haven't received our deposit back yet. I stay two or three times a month for two or three days, and I'd like stability. I'm inclined to look for another hotel; I'm tired of having negative experiences that get worse with each visit.

Close to transport

Cons:

The neighbours above us were very loud - I believe the chair legs should have felt stoppers to stop the scraping noise. We were kept awake with the movement’s above us. Thank you, the fridge door needs to be made level.

There was a man sitting out in the lobby trying to get in his room, he was very upset but he looked like a peasant that's why they wouldn't let him in I guess. But me, I'm a senator's son I'm VIP. 😁
