Good hotel, poor room
Pros:

Pool, sauna, gym and location were good.

Cons:

The room was dated and ugly, bed was extremely firm, there were 2 tv’s in the room, both where old Chinese tv’s that couldn’t stream anything and the washer/dryer only started on occasion

A comfortable stay in a great location with modern suites and amenities.
Pros:

Location is excellent for me with family living a 5 minute walk away. Suite was spacious and very comfortable as was the bed. No noise and a good nights sleep. Everything I needed was right on the doorstep - transport-wise and shopping.

Cons:

The late check in time can make it a long day if arriving early on an international flight. Both times I've stayed here, I haven't been contacted to say the room was available any earlier so assume it's strictly a 3pm check in.

Cons:

Couldn’t check in until 3:30/4pm, some of the staff were rude. We booked a 3 bedroom suite. We came back from an event at around 12:30am. We received a call from reception and security were at our door accusing us of having a group of people in the room & being loud. There was only 4 of us staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. The call we received from reception the staff member was very rude and the security guard was very rude. We even offered him to come into the room to “check”
