Very comfortable and spacious with a great location.
Pros:

Nice and clean, great space in the apartment and lovely toiletries in the bathroom! Bed was comfy and the washing machine and dryer were an added bonus!

Cons:

A little bit on the pricier side but it was fine for one night.

Not worth the money.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very dirty in multiple aspects, lots of dust, dirty windows, floors were dirty, couches had stains on them.
On our first night the security guard came to our door for loud music, he thumped on the door very aggressively and angrily. Spoke to two females in a very demanding and rude way. We complied to his instructions to turn the music on the tv down, when this was not done quickly due to the remote battery not working, he returned two minutes later thumping on the door again. We told him not to be so rude and to call the phone as he was scaring us, he shouted in our faces. Very un professional.

An extended stay in a not pleasant room.
Pros:

The Meriton has a standard that is generally reliable, has facilities to cook meals, and the rooms are a good size. I generally choose the Meriton to stay at when I travel.

Cons:

Bondi Junction Meriton is very hit-and-miss when it comes to rooms and facilities, having stayed there numerous times. And this time was a definite miss. The laundry had an awful smell, which was very strong and off-putting, and had I not been recuperating from surgery, I would have asked to change rooms. The shower also had terrible pressure and kept changing between hot and cold every few seconds, with terrible water pressure. Again, due to surgery, I was unable to shower properly and/or wash my hair, which was probably a good thing in this situation. In hindsight, I should have changed rooms or at least advised reception of the issues; however, my priorities were elsewhere during my stay.
