The location
When we got there we had to pay a €50 deposit for the week although I found out some guests didn’t get charges and some dead the breakfast was awful. You got a choice of toast croissants or Panna chocolate. The beans were watered down beans the bacon was hardly cooked and swimming in Greece and the sausages were very little horrible ones and cardboard cornflakes that’s all you got on offer for breakfast. It is terrible breakfast most of the guest. walked out every morning and started going to other places for breakfast so do NOT pay for breakfast
Solo la posizione perché è situato al centro di Benidorm.
La camera inizialmente aveva tutto il sapone per terra, aveva lo specchio del bagno del tutto macchiato, la vasca con la ruggine, le asciugamani avevano sempre delle macchie e per finire ogniqualvolta che dovevamo lavarci ( nella vasca) colava l’acqua per terra. Non sono rimasta soddisfatta della struttura.

The hotel is very clean, and the reception staff are wonderful and always welcoming with a smile. The room was very clean and had air conditioning. The location is great, right in the heart of the city.
I only wish there had been a small fridge in the room and better lighting, as the room could be brighter. Overall, it is a very clean and pleasant place, and cleanliness is the most important thing for me.

Even though I knew before booking shame there is no pool. The walls are pretty thin but the hotel is fairly old. Unfortunately my husband couldn't fit under the shower.

Central position, the bar, reception staff, balcony.
Shower cradle was loose, breakfast , although reasonably priced was very poor.
The price for where it is located is amazing!
Beds could be comfier but its not the end of the world
Very late booking but hotel staff very accommodating, a little bit noisy from the street but right in the main shopping area.

La limpieza general, huele muy bien la recepción y pasillo.
La ducha de la habitación 315 necesita una reforma, por la ubicación de la ducha y la mampara el baño se llena de agua; el WC no es válido para personas mayores de 50 años, no entran las piernas y tienes que sentarte de lado; el aparato de AA no funciona bien, sí enfría pero no lo suficiente además de generar humedad dentro de la habitación con la ventana cerrada; y la ventana del balcón está mal colocada, las puertas están cambiadas y no cierran completamente. Ah!! Y las dos llaves que tienen para abrir necesitan un máster en cerraduras, no entran bien y lleva su tiempo y paciencia abrir.
