Cons:

Phone's connection. We couldn't use WiFi and we couldn't call anyone and no one was able to contact us. Room 148 in Merton suites north Ryde was the worse accommodation .

Value for money and good location
Pros:

We were here on a business trip and found the location perfect. It’s conveniently located near the metro station and Macquarie Shopping Centre, making it very easy to get around and access everything we needed. Overall, a very convenient location for both business and travel.

Great stay, would be happy to stay again.
Pros:

Great size and very clean. Extremely close to the shopping centre

Cons:

The tvs are a bit old and dated. The chroma set didn’t work in our first room, but the staff where nice enough to move us to a room where it was functional

Great, would recommend
Pros:

Convient location with a lovely suite. Staff were great and even went over and above finding me a bandaid for a cut finger!!! Handy to get to Maquarie centre and easy spot to drive to
