Overall good.
Pros:

Staff are lovely and happy to help. The room is clean. The facility is good not not over the expectation. Considering the brand name and the money I was charged. It is a fair deal. Good stay overall.

Cons:

I am not a fan of their beddings. The dunna was covered between two flat sheets. It is not a proper dunna cover, which is annoying. A small stain on one of the pillow case.

great little break away in North Sydney
Pros:

very clean and well appointed with excellent amenities..
highly commendable staff.. everyone i met was kind courteous and made the short stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

Really good and no complaints..
Maybe could consider getting the hot tub serviced as it was not very hot at all..

An enjoyable comfortable stay.
Pros:

Customer service was 10 out of 10 across the board. Aaron in particular was very professional and helpful.
The accommodation itself was very comfortable and perfect for our weeks stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. I'd say close 2nd to our own bed back at home.
Loved how close we were to the shopping centre, perfect for the rainy days we had.
Travel to the main attractions in Sydney were easy to get to in our opinion.

Cons:

We had our room refreshed mid-stay, and it was a shame that hoovering wasn't part of that service.

Pros:

Can't rate the Meriton Suites at North Ryde high enough, loved everything from the staff to the room, facilities, proximity to transport and Macquarie shopping centre and ease of parking. I have more trips to Sydney planned and I'm looking to change my accommodation where possible to stay here again.

Pros:

Bed was super comfortable, suite was so spacious. Clean and perfect for our stay. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Parking underground was super easy and gave great peace of mind.
