Important information:

Some 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.

Our suites will be undergoing renovations from 11th January 2027 to 6th November 2027 . This may result in some noise disruption, increased demand for the lifts, and potentially longer wait times. We recommend adding some extra time to your ride.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

The view and location was good.

Cons:

The balcony was covered in cigarette ash and also empty/ripped open cocaine bags left on the tiles outside. Inside was cleaned well but it looks like the cleaners missed outside. I'm not really bothered but I usually travel with my small children and if they had of seen that and put it in their mouth or something we could have been up for a lawsuit. Mostly good, and I understand people do drugs in hotels, I'm not stupid. Just please ask your cleaning team to be more vigilant.

Another excellent stay at the Meriton Kent St
Pros:

This is my third time staying at the Meriton on Kent St. The location is fantastic, very close to Town Hall with some fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and well equiped

I knew Meriton Suites Kent Street was the right choice
Pros:

1st of all thank you to the Meriton Suites Kent Street team, for a wonderful room with a beautiful view. You guy have made that special night with my gf then and now fiancee that much more special. The proposal went really well. Sorry for the late review, been busy and forgot about the emails. Always love Meriton Suites as your hotel rooms are affordable, spacious and modern. The staff are always friendly.

Cons:

The only thing I would have to say is that in the fridge there was a white stain. Looked like dry milk in the fridge. But overall the room was clean. Connecting the TV was a bit difficult, but we managed to get it. Ill elaborate more on that, so when I connected(did the whole sign in with name and room number) after that you would have to connect to Chrome cast then a tab popped up showing devices near by. The thing that took so long to connect was that the room number when connecting was cut off, so we couldn't tell which device we were trying to connect to. From memory, it was like "TV room" but the number were cut off so I couldn't tell which TV room device to connect to. Cause they all said "TV room". This is all from what I remember today. But yes, overall I was pleased with everything.

Cons:

Too crowded, no place to do sport outdoor, traffic everywhere, the road to heavy with people and vehicle typical big city not suitable for long time vacation or families with children
