Important information:

Some 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Faudrait s’assurer qu’il y est un peu plus d’ustensiles pour cuisiner car une poêle et une passoire ça reste très léger .

Cons:

Les meubles de la salle de bain étaient en très mauvais état, la cuisine pareil. Cet appartement mérite d’être rénové et pas de poêle disponible. Rien pour faire la cuisine.

Pros:

Comfy bed and a good size. The location was good for darling harbour, easy to get too. The street was safe and their was some food options around. The little lounge area was good. The kitchen was well stocked with some good quality utensils and equipment.

Cons:

A keycard was given to someone else. So some random man walked straight into the room. Luckily I was decent. No apology from the hotel. The bathroom sink was blocked.

Au début de notre séjour, il nous avait dit que le ménage était fait tous les 3 jours, ce qui était spécifié lors de notre réservation.
Or le ménage n’a été fait que 2 fois pendant ce temps……
Autrement tout était parfait.

séjour agréable malgré la déception de l'hebergement

Emplacement et situation de l'etablissement, bon étage du logement avec une petite vue, personnel souriant et serviable

Cons:

Appartement destiné initialement aux personnes handicapées qui a été réamménagé (meubles cuisine et salle de bain bas, un mini évier, ustensils de cuisine insuffisant), moisissure dans le bac douche, ménage très léger, sol sale (noir et du gras devant l'évier) prises de courant insuffisant, pas de bureau.
Après plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement dont des configurations différentes, nous constatons une dégradation des prestations.

Location was great, room was great, view was great. Overall, a fantastic trip.
Pros:

Everything was great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious for a friend group. Location in the city was perfect and parking was also easy to access.

Cons:

The lift was extremely slow at times. When we were checking out and heading to the car, we waited over 5 minutes for a lift. A concern was also that one of the cleaners was stuck in the lift for an hour. I understand sometimes there are technical issues but she got out crying and was only supported by guests of the hotel, no staff in sight. I hope she is doing okay.

Loved it we always stay there.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable, absolutely loved it. location is perfect. Close to everything. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Greeted with a smile and made us feel very comfortable.
