Window was open when we arrived, where room was located we had exhaust fumes from nearby restaurants or kitchen which made it smell like a dirty kitchen rag

It was the perfect place to stay in Sydney!
Pros:

Brought my Mum to Sydney for her first time, loved how convenient everything was , theatre across the road, L2 light rail to Circular Quay, also used it for Darling Harbour then walked maybe 8 minutes there. The hotel staff was fantastic and very friendly. Definitely will be back for future Sydney holidays.

Cons:

Pillows was hit and miss for me. Used the bottom pillow, as found the top pillow too firm.

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, which made getting around very easy. The front desk staff were also polite and welcoming throughout my stay.

Cons:

However, I was a bit disappointed with the room's cleanliness—while it was just about acceptable, the bedding had a noticeable sour smell that was quite off-putting.

Posizione super centrale, a pochi metri dalla fermata del tram, da paddy’s market, di fronte a Starbucks e ad altri ristoranti. Comunque struttura silenziosa. Quartiere di Surry hills vicino. Letto molto comodo e stanza grande, presenza in camera di lavatrice e asciugatrice

Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 3 giorni, ma comunque vengono fatte approssimativamente. Il pavimento del bagno non era stato pulito , avevano dimenticato la pedana, gli asciugamini erano macchiati. Pulizia da migliorare
