All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in. Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

This property was exactly as displayed in the picture. Brilliant views, perfectly appointed, great location, close to public transport, restaurants and attractions.

Location, facilities and the cleaning
You guys forgot to take the used towels of the guest that stayed before us. They were hung behind the toilet door.
Very spacious and comfortable with spectacular views from every room.
Staff were really nice and friendly accommodated some requests like printing a document I needed. Room is complete with full kitchen, kitchenware, washer and dryer and is very spacious. Beds are comfy and wardrobe is adequate. Many restaurants nearby and town hall station is just 5 min walk away. Theres a huge Coles underground too. Beautiful views of Hyde Park and St. Mary's and city from all the windows. Fitness center had enough equipment. Pool area was clean and has a sauna to relax in after a long day. Had everything we needed in the vicinity.
we found the elevator a bit tricky with just the keycard as access and a couple of times we end up in a different floor. there's an unpleasant smell in the hallway and elevator. the carpet in the room can also use some vacuuming.

OMG THE VIEW.. I loved most everything about the penthouse on lvl 71, We stayed 2 nights and I was still in awe about the view, VIVID light shows were on, I didn’t really see everything, but the view was still amazing. Their bath products smelled amazing and loved that they had 2x toothbrushes and toothpaste available for each bathroom. Really spacious, 3 toilets, 2 bath and big lounge and dining area was really nice. kitchen was small but really nice perfect for short stays. Beds were really comfortable and big, Robes were amazing. Great location to Darling harbour and restaurants nearby, night staff and morning staff was really accommodating, professional and friendly.
For the price, I would think the checkin staff would be a bit more accommodating and friendly, she wasn’t really, the room was amazing but could have been better for over 1.5k a night. The internet was terrible, we could connect but nothing would load, I think for the price and because it’s a penthouse better tvs should be used because families have kids, my kids are gamers. Shower wasn’t that nice, need new shower heads. For a penthouse I feel like it should have been a bit more updated. Like the sockets for the bedside lights, u can tell was a patch up job and I didn’t feel comfortable plugging by charger there. Chairs were heavy and hard to move around, washer and dryer took forever. Need new ones. Toilet when u walked in stank a little (clean but smelled a bit) there were no breakfast, no restaurants at the Hotel. It’s great but I just don’t think it’s worth the price.
