Well-Equipped Suites and Additional Amenities
Each air-conditioned suite features laundry facilities and a flat-screen TV. Studios include a kitchenette, while other suites come with a full kitchen. Guests can also request extra toiletries, shaving kits, dental packs, and towels from reception.

Pros:

parking was good, Jenny was great , we left a mobile phone in our room which she retrieved and rang us back when found -well done , much appreciated.

Cons:

location of room suite 301 . stairs and no lift, reception lacked empathy , directions to room vague. No recommendation for breakfast, meals, No Staff to assist with luggage from car park , or to room which was around the corner.

Pros:

Everything was fine, easy walking distance to surry hills with plenty of nice restaurants, the coles is right next door. Reasonable pricing.

Cons:

The noise from the main road can be loud, starting early and finishing late. Would recommend getting rooms not on street side despite the better view.

Suite was dark with little natural light, the choice was upstairs area hot and downstairs cold, or cold everywhere. Entry via the car park sucks, and flights of stairs to carry suitcases is pathetic. The suite was dusty everywhere and insufficient towels, soap and coffee/tea. No value for money.

That’s the second time they have let me in early to do my work so I’ll definitely be back there if I’m in the area. I’m

The staff made my stay the best under difficult circumstances with the renovations.
They allowed me to check in first thing in the morning so I could work that day. That’s above and beyond. Rooms are comfortable and good amenities. The coffee machine was broken. They replaced it immediately. Staff were great. Facilities and room were nice and comfy. Home away from home.

Cons:

There were renovations going on directly above my room for the Friday and half of Saturday. Sounded like they were using an electric chisel to lift up bathroom tiles or something like that. Was pretty loud and disappointing but after the staff let me in early to work I let it slide.
