Sink plug in bathroom broken and water leaked through bathroom floor when using sink and / shower.
Not very clean around pool area.( discarded tissues around pool bar were left for 2 days)
Property left unmanned regularly throughout our stay and reception closed after 8 pm.( we were advised that we could go behind reception desk and switch hotel outside lights on ourselves after this time.)
An absolute gem of a place can't wait to book with them again location great service from all the staff

The hotel was clean. Location good. Friendly staff.
Lack of storage facilities, despite the actual accommodation being quite substantial.
The staff was very friendly with lots of great recommendations! The location is also perfect: close enough to walk to everything but far enough to be quiet at night.
The only downside (which is very minor) was the shower came with a soap dispenser but no obvious shampoo or conditioner. We easily grabbed a small bottle from the local market though.

The property is situated at the top end of the town and walking up the hill on very hot days was very tiring

Maria made the stay, she welcomed use with a massive smile and was just lovely, room was clean and comfy and the pool area was just great, all you need for a Greek stop over.

Bar had no beer for 2 days, had no gin and did not have food at pool bar.
Quiet, clean, and the pool was great! Staff were so helpful and kind, and it was a very relaxing stay.
