Местоположение отеля очень хорошее

Cons:

Останавливалась в отеле «Славянский» по бронированию на 5 дней. Через день после заезда у меня изменились обстоятельства, и мне потребовалось срочно уехать.
Я сразу обратилась на стойку регистрации, чтобы обсудить ранний выезд. Администратор (женщина) устно согласовала мой отъезд и запеврила, что проблем нет, но процедуру возврата за неиспользованные дни нужно оформить через Booking.com. На основании её слов я собрала вещи и освободила номер.
Однако после того как я дважды отправила официальный запрос на изменение бронирования и возврат средств через Booking.com, отель оба раза прислал отказ.
Считаю такое поведение администрации непорядочным: на месте дают обещанное согласие, чтобы гость просто освободил номер, а за спиной отклоняют запросы через систему бронирования. Категорически не рекомендую этот отель из-за нечестного отношения к клиентам и неклиентоориентированного сервиса.

I liked the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner very much. There was a variety of foods. My room was very clean. i liked how close to the beach the hotel is. The outside pool was very clean too.
