Important information:

All Inclusive Light program: Breakfast from 7:30 until 10:00 o'clock. Lunch from 12:00 until 14:00 o'clock. Dinner from 18:00 until 21:00 o'clock. Lobby bar serving ice-cream, hot, soft drinks, draft beer and wine from 10:00 until 22:00 o'clock. Pool bar serves hot, soft drinks, wine and draft beer from 10:00 until 22:00 o'clock. The pool bar serves light pastry snacks, sandwiches and fruits from 10:00 until 11:30 o'clock, as well as from 15:00 until 17:00 o'clock. The lobby bar and the pool bar serve local and imported hard liquor drinks at surcharge.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Everything was perfect.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel, the location and the staff. We stayed in room 210 on the 2nd floor with a sea view. There were 2 adults and a 5-year-old child.

Victoria at the reception was wonderful and made the whole check-in process smooth and very pleasant.

We parked our car right at the hotel entrance in their parking area (paid), but it was worth it.

The hotel is about a 5-minute easy walk to the beach, even with a child. The beach is clean with fine sand and the sea water was perfect for swimming.

The pool looked especially beautiful in the evening when the lights were on. During the day the water was a bit cooler than the sea, but still fine for both adults and our child.

The food was very tasty and varied, with plenty of options. What I loved most were the healthy choices, available across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff always smiled and were very friendly without expecting tips.

Hot water in the room worked perfectly, unlike some reviews we had read before. The room was cleaned daily.

We have nothing to complain about — everything was perfect and we would gladly come back. My photos don’t really do the hotel justice; I’m not great at taking photos, but the hotel is truly excellent.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, very helpful ☺️

Cons:

The room was very basic , no where to put your toiletries only a little ledge, food looked good, but always cold 🥶, except the soup,and milk in the coffee machine was sweet , not good if your a diabetic, there was no walk way though to the hotel from the restaurant, only when open , you had to go round if you needed the toilet from the pool bar , needs improvement

Pros:

Mâncarea foarte gustoasă, personalul foarte amabil, curățenie în hotel și la restaurant, distanța foarte mică de plajă, piscina curată. Hotelul merită cele patru stele pe care le deține.

Cons:

Faptul că unul dintre lifturi se bloca și am avut ghinionul să se blocheze cu mine înăuntru, am apăsat pe alarmă și nu a venit nimeni să ne ajute.
Faptul că la plecare doamna de la recepție m-a rugat să aștept până cand una dintre cameriste a verificat camera în care am locuit să se asigure că nu lipsește nimic din cameră.

Tot a fost ok pana la parcare.

Cons:

Deșii pe booking scrie ca parcarea este gratuita în limita spațiului disponibil, când am ajuns acolo a trebuit sa întram pe la o bariera care se deschidea de la recepția hotelului. Am trecut cu mașina însă atât domnul de la barieră cât și domnii de la recepția hotelului nu ne a spus ca parcarea trebuie plătită 25 BGN pe zi. Când am terminat sejurul ne am trezit ca trebuie sa plătim 75 BGN ca altfel nu ne lasă sa ieșim. Țin sa menționez ca aveam loc liber de parcare la hotel!

Pros:

Отличное расположение, близко к морю. Приветливый персонал. Отличная уборка. В номере всегда чисто, белье и полотенца менялись, все необходимые принадлежности были. Еда в ресторане разнообразная. Бармены очень приветливы. При возможности вернёмся в следующем году еще раз. Очень понравилось.

Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi ve çeşit boldu. Personel ve hizmet gayet iyiydi. Sitede yazılanlardan farklı bir şey yoktu. Türkçe bilen Kazım arkadaşımız oldukça yardımcı oldu. İlgi ve alakası için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Wi Fi otelin bazı bölümlerinde yeterince çekmiyordu.
