Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing especially when one of our party fell ill and needed to go to the hospital.

พนักงานไม่ค่อยยิ้ม พนักงานน้อย ไปตอนฝนตกต้องตากฝนเข้าโรงแรมด้วยตัวเปียก โดยไม่มีพนักงานยกกระเป๋าเลย ไม่มีทีจอดรถในร่ม ไฟค่อนข้างมืด สระน้ำมีใบไม้เต็ม ตอนไปตัวเปียกฝน เข้าไปในห้องไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ร้องขอกับโรงแรม เกือนครึ่ง ชม กว่าจะได้ผ้ามา ถือว่าไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไป

เตียงนอนนอนสบายมาก นุ่มแบบพอดี นอนหลับสบาย ความกว้างของห้องพักก็กว้างขวาง มีตู้เสื้อผ้า และชั้นวางรองเท้าที่แยกเป็นสัดส่วน พนักงานให้บริการดีมากๆ

Friendly staff good aircon and toileteries

Cons:

Generally the facilities are tired and need updating from ripped lino in the lift to old plumbing in the bathroom.and no hot water tap for the wash handbasin.. No mixer on the shower.
Bar as advertised was non existent and restaurant and room service, we were told stopped at 3pm !
Hotel seemed to be geared up for events rather than staying guests.
