Hotel was great. Pool was lovely. Quiet area not far from city centre, coffee shops, restaurants and conveniences stores a short walk away.

Room was very spacious with complete amenities
I booked 4 rooms altogether but 1 of the room had a very strong smell of massage oil which really bother me thru the night. The aircond in my room doesn't works as well. The management agreed to change us to another room the next day. The lady staff at the reception scolded me when she ask me where did I put my luggage when I told her that I put it in room xxx without investigating. I booked 4 rooms & it is my right to used any of the room as my luggage storage as my other family members is there. The room came with breakfast but it doesn't cater for Muslim. The rate should not include with breakfast if the hotel really cannot cater for it. It's like a scam as we need to pay for something that we couldn't enjoy. Location is not strategic as it's too difficult to get the grab. We got scam by the reception who help us to call for a tuktuk to the nearby eatery for 250baht but later we found out that the fare is 2x than the normal rate.
The location is the best

large parking lot, walking distance to big c and 7 eleven. great enviroment, fast and easy check in and check out. easy access and not far from city centre
during my stay there's a night time when light's weren't turn on at hallway from lift to our room. it's a dark and a bit scarry for my kids.the aircond at that hallway also seems not turn on and also have not a good smeels. i dont know if its a common issue at Hatyai or its only at hotel. most hotel in Hatyai have water pressure issue from shower. this issue need a fix coz most of the guest need a good shower after strolling around the city. for breakfast not sure breakfast halal or not but have other option for breakfast outside the hotel

The room was spacious and the bathroom functional. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable to sleep. The wifi connection is good. There are a few food stalls and a convenience store just down the road.
The location requires to take a tuk tuk or a car to head downtown. The swimming pool looks like a small decorative pool. In general the hotel areas look a lot better in the pictures than in reality. Breakfast offer in the morning was basic and not impressive.
