Great room with excellent facilities
Pros:

Great accommodation, lovely room with everything you could need and more.

Cons:

Location was slightly further away from the city centre but had no problems getting there.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. All in all, it was a breezy, wonderful time!
Pros:

The room felt bright and spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the whole place was spotless and fresh. Everything was just lovely!

Cons:

Nothing in particular at the moment. Everything was perfect.

Srishty, The Excellent Reveptionist.
Pros:

Check in was efficient and prompt and this was down to receptionist Srishty. She was excellent and a breath of fresh air to the Trivelles Regency.

Cons:

Nothing.

Not bad! Could have been a lot worse!
Pros:

Free WiFi, The TV was smart, microwave was handy and the bed was clean.

Cons:

A little more attention to detail from the cleaners, particularly in the shower and kitchenette, and it would have been outstanding. The room wasn't dirty though. I've stayed in far worse places. There was no mattress protector or pillow protector. The early check in charge was a bit of a shock and IMO quite steep. It also took ages to gain entry as it was all locked up and no one was on the front desk

Pros:

I liked nothing.

Cons:

Stains on the carpet and the chair, tv not working, toilet seat broken, all very old and dilapidated and in need of refurbishment. More like a halfway house than a hotel. Also, it is in a crappy part of town, I would not walk there at night.

Pros:

I love the staff nothing is too much bother. The convenience of having a kitchenette and mini fridge .everything you need is there

Cons:

No mirror in the rooms . We need a mirror to do our hair etc.please one in-between wardrobe and the desks would be great .also shelf in shower to stop any bending 🙏

Rude staff
Pros:

Location was perfect, however day staff very rude no manners at all

Cons:

Day Staff very rude. Room was in the 4th floor last room and funny enough lift was out of service. We were with 2 little kids.
