The bathroom was somewhat tired and the bath appeared to have undergone extensive repairs. Whilst we had a lovely sea view, the grounds below were poorly maintained, with an old dirty swimming pool and artificial turf which looked unkempt.
We booked a dinner, bed and breakfast package at a cost of approximately £168. Unfortunately, the evening set menu was extremely poor and we were unable to eat it. When we raised this with staff the following day, we were very disappointed to discover that only €15 per person had effectively been allocated towards a 3-course dinner, which perhaps explained the poor quality.
Following that experience, we did not feel confident trying the cooked breakfast options and instead opted only for pastries and fruit.
We were eventually refunded €30 for the evening meal, however this felt too little too late given that we had effectively paid for a meal we could not eat.
I thought they had a pool. They do but its empty.
Overall poor. We are currently undergoing a complaint with the hotel as we feel that the goodwill gesture was insufficient to cover other issues we had. Sad end to our holiday.

- gives the impression of a cheap hotel since they try to cut the costs at every possible opportunity
- the food was generally tasteless and dry with a few exceptions, sometimes having a stale taste (I didn't get hungry but haven't enjoyed it either)
- about half of the kitchen personnel doesn't speak english
- dinner served after 8pm
- the walls extremely thin so expect noise
- no water dispenser, tea or coffee during the day
- no toiletries beside the basic soap
- the coffee machine has only 2 coffee pods and 2 teabags which don't get renewed during the stay
- no outdoor amenities/ sun lounges/benches (considerable shortcoming since the closest beach doesn't have any sun lounges or terraces, the walkable path to the capital is covered by clouds of dust from the car road nearby)
- no intro at arrival, I had to ask a ton of questions on the first day

La gestión actual que tienen es pésima, podría ser un gran hotel pero deja mucho que desear que no haya zona de hamacas para tomar el sol, la piscina esta vacía y el recinto cerrado desde no se sabe cuando, poco personal en el desayuno desorganizado. Tardamos una hora de espera hasta que llego el desayuno y no entendimos muy bien esa mezcla de carta y bufé que tienen. Añadir que durante la estancia hubo una comunión en sus salones y para los clientes como nosotros que buscabamos descanso se convirtió en un fin de semana de estres. Ya a mediodía emitian música de guateque que llegaba a la habitación (120) y decidimos salir de la habitación por los ruidos.

El trato de la camarera en el restaurante
Según ella sobrepasada por el trabajo pero si somos clientes somos los menos indicados para pagarlo
Al final salió otra persona y nos atendió correctamente pero el disgusto no nos dejó disfrutar de la estancia
El desayuno se sirvió frío y casi una hora esperando. La carta de comida es exquisita pero como digo el servicio a mesas es deficiente
