Der Service am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was direkt für einen positiven Start gesorgt hat. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das angrenzende Restaurant, das wirklich ausgezeichnet war – sowohl geschmacklich als auch vom Ambiente.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch gab es deutliche Schwächen im Bereich Housekeeping. Das Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, und Handtücher wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Erst einen Tag vor der Abreise wurde ich gefragt, ob ich eine Reinigung wünsche. Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht zufriedenstellend.

I was traveling for business reasons. For 12 days I tried to contact the hotel officially through booking.com to send me an invoice for my stay. They ignored me for 12 days. Only after I made an official complaint (all praise to the staff from the booking.com platform), the hotel sent me the bill/invoice. Incomplete/wrong invoice. They specified the wrong payment method and did not specify my correct information in the column, name and surname of the guest. My advice to fellow travelers, be careful if you travel for business purposes and you need a business invoice and you booked/paid trough booking com because this hotel has a lot of issues (technical or other) to provide you an invoice.
The room was clean and big and the hotel stuff was polite but unhelpful. Your hotel's technical problems or the impossibility of issuing a regular invoice for the services provided should not be passed on to the guest. I hope that you will solve your problems and that you will help better in the future.

Überbucht - Kein Zimmer trotz Reservierung

Ich kann leider nichts schreiben, da das Hotel überbucht war und ich nachts ankam und trotz Reservierung kein Zimmer bekommen habe. Das braucht um 23.30 Uhr wirklich niemand

Immer noch eine gute Wahl für regelmäßige Business Übernachtungen

Sehr gute Lage, große Zimmer

Cons:

Dass man als Stammgast immer wieder seine Adresse von Hand ausfüllen muss an der Rezeption, das ist unwürdig und erzeugt Abstriche.
Nach der Renovierung des Restaurants, das sich im Haus befindet, haben die Zimmerpreise spürbar angezogen. Gefällt mir nicht.

Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und sehr groß.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung hat nicht stattgefunden, bei 9 Nächten wurde nur 1 mal das Zimmer gereinigt. Nach Hinweisen das bitte einmal das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte wurden nur Handtücher getauscht.

Convenient to our event and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The carpet looked not clean and there were spots (large and small) throughout the room. I thought it was funny that we had to pay for parking when there was plenty of spaces on-site and no other businesses sharing the space other than the restaurant.
