Eine durch und durch bürokratische Erfahrung.
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Gym, Parkplatz, Ruhe, anständige Unterkunft.

Cons:

Das Personal ist eindeutig bürokratisch: Es funktioniert nur, wenn alles reibungslos läuft. Es macht lediglich den Check‑in der Daten und den Check‑out der Zahlung. Wenn etwas nicht stimmt, blockiert das ganze System endgültig.
Von Booking.com gibt es keinerlei Unterstützung bei Buchungsproblemen: Doppelbuchungen werden niemals erstattet, E‑Mail‑Meldungen werden nie gelesen, die Zimmer werden automatisch per KI zugewiesen.
Unter der Telefonnummer des Hotels antwortet eine externe Telefonzentrale, die nichts über die aktuelle Buchung weiß.

Das zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. einchecken ging ratz fatz . Sehr guter Bäcker um die Ecke. Super lage an der autobahn .

Cons:

Kleine info für hunde eltern : Im industriegebiet mit hund keine möglichkeit auf Gehwegen zu laufen .

Randalierende Busreisegruppen nachts um 2 Uhr!
Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren gleichzeitig vier (!) Reisebusse mit Konzertbesuchern im Hotel untergebracht. Aufgrund dieser großen Reisegruppe war unser Zimmer selbst um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt. Als wir das Zimmer schließlich beziehen konnten, war deutlich erkennbar, dass die Reinigung nur unter großem Zeitdruck erfolgt war und nicht dem üblichen Standard entsprach.
Als die Reisegruppe gegen 2:00 Uhr nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, herrschten chaotische Zustände. Es gab erheblichen Lärm, laute Gespräche und Schreie auf den Fluren, ständig zuschlagende Türen sowie eine offensichtlich völlig überlastete Rezeption. An eine ungestörte Nachtruhe war in dieser Situation kaum zu denken.
